I was there with 2 friends and we loved the central location of this apartment. Everything was super comfortable, clean and the lift at this place was nice for getting the luggage up and down the stairs.
Wonderful location and stay. The listing is accurate and the location couldn't place you in a better location to easily walk and navigate Rome. We greatly appreciated the outdoor space and especially having a washing machine to assist with our clothing. The rooms work well as far as size of the bedrooms, and in the living room and loft allowed for our family to have some space to relax after long days of sight seeing. Couldn't recommend more.
This was a great location within walking distance of most key location for us to visit in Rome, obviously right next to Pantheon! Does not have a dryer, washer only even though it advertises a dryer. We were there with our two adult children and it was great for the four of us and really enjoyed the outdoor patio!
Great stay. Perfectly clean. Property manager Franco was very helpful. In a busy area (literally 1 minute walk to the Pantheon) but very quiet. Location lets you walk or take an easy cab from the stand downstairs to anywhere.

Great location And overall decent apartment . The main issue was that master bath sink was. … not there as in no sink. They told us this would get fixed the day after we checked in, it was never fixed during our stay. The host refused to adjust the rental price for this issue. I wouldn’t recommend staying here as I don’t think you can trust the rental owner to uphold their end of the deal.
This property was amazing. The location can’t be beat and is literally in the center of everything that one could hope to do in Rome. Furthermore, it is a 1 minute walk to a grocery store for those who like to cook. The only minor thing I would say is that for having such an amazing kitchen it would be nice to have just slightly more cutlery and dishes to avoid am having to do a load of dishes between every meal. But that is the only thing I could say. Couldn’t have been happier with it.

Good location in Rome.
The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood, near Pantheon.
The apartment is nice and is secure.
Unfortunately there were some issues. First the dishwasher was full of dirty, smelly dishes. Second - a dirty coffee cup was on table on outside patio. Third- one of the bedrooms has a trundle bed. We needed both of the beds. No sheets anywhere for the trundle. Texted manager twice and called once - never did get sheets. We took the top sheets off the other 2 beds to have sheets for the trundle. I’ve rented a number of VRBO’s and other than the excellent location it was like everything else was an after thought.

The location is amazing. However there are some issues. One of the 3 bedrooms does not have a window covering. There were ants. The washing machine smells bad. You won't want to use it. The showers are VERY small. The toilets have a seat but they are not attached to the toilet. The air con only works well in two of the bedrooms. The main area has air but it does not cool down the room at all.. The air con leaks pretty badly in the room that does not have window coverings. The beds are hard.

The beauty of this apartment lay in the floor plan. The kitchen and living area look out on a street next to the Pantheon--noisy as you might expect. But the bedrooms and spacious terrace face a quiet courtyard with a bubbling fountain. It was peaceful to sit out on the terrace after a day of sight-seeing. My husband and I stayed here with 2 adult sons--with 3 bedrooms there was pleny of room of us. The kitchen was immaculate and well-appointed. The bathrooms were tiny. The management might consider adding soap dishes in the showers--that would help! We were glad for the washing machine outside on the terrace. An instruction manual would help and some clothespins. The management was very professional and easy to reach by email. They promptly solved an electrical problem in the apartment. We would stay here again!
Tranquility in the middle of the busy historic area
The instant we walked into our rental, it smelled fresh and clean. It felt so big and open with the white walls and high ceilings. Pictures did not do it justice. The unit was in very good condition, especially in comparison to other places, we stayed throughout Italy. The outside area was our favorite! We had a few take away meals out there and always enjoyed having coffee and cocktails on the terrace. We made use of the outside washer, drying rack and laundry line. The taxi stand was right next to the Pantheon and was very convenient. There was an excellent coffee shop directly across the street with the most friendly people. Around the corner was an amazing deli with sandwiches and a great selection of wine. Anything you possibly want was within a few steps. Communication with the host was very good. Even though we were there in April, the days we were getting into the 80s and we enjoyed the benefit of having the AC in our bedrooms for sleeping. Also glad there was an elevator. Perfect stay, couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway in the heart of the city. Highly recommend!!
I wanted to love this rental as much as the previous reviewers, but I just can't give it the highest ratings. The location is spectacular. It is on the 4th floor, which means it's nice and quiet. Communications with the management team, check in, check out, etc were easy.
We had numerous maintenance issues -- a toilet seat was loose so the seat slid around, a bedroom door handle was super loose, the light over the mirror in the bathroom was out. These items were obviously not urgent, but they were addressed within 24 hours.
The hot water went out (we were warned it would go out at 8am due to work on gas lines) but that evening we still had only cold water. They didn't come and fix it until 5 pm the following day -- they guy who came to fix it was friendly and helpful and had it working within a few minutes -- it just needed to be reset.
The kitchen is beautiful but sparsely supplied with utensils and plates, etc. We rely on kitchens because our daughter is celiac, but this was the most poorly outfitted kitchen we had in Italy. Also the appliances (microwave, toaster) only worked with one outlet on the opposite side of the kitchen, and the plugs had to be held in the socket while the appliance was running.
Finally, the patio was a huge disappointment -- the space and the furniture were nice, but the plants are all dead and the pots filled with weeds.
We had a great stay, but for these prices the unit and patio should be in much better shape.
