Fantastic lodge in the best location, plenty of places nearby to have days out to, 5 minute drive to Northumberland Zoo. Nice to have the welcome pack which is a nice touch. Kids loved the swans coming up to the lodge which over looks the lake. If anything it could have done with a brush so we could keep veranda clean, a few cobwebs inside but you are in the country. Another excelent holiday

Overall very happy with our stay - some initial issues, and a power loss during the week, where all quickly sorted out by the owners. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very attentive and friendly.
Lovely welcome pack, hot tub all ready up to temperature ( not always the case on arrival evening) and some nice decoration's tastefully appropriate to Halloween a very nice touch.
Only suggested main improvement would be to have a method of removing the hot tub canopy so that star gazing would be possible. Several other properties on the site had no canopies. Simple hocking on/off system could be done.
Overall loved the place and we would return and definitely recommend.

Great little holiday again at Felmoor Park.
We stayed here for 4 nights with 6 people. It's a lovely cabin but could do with a deep clean. The windows inside were marked and dirty, the walls which is obviously made from log wood had quite a bit dust on and cobwebs in certain places. Some doors were jamming and wouldn't shut properly as the handles and catches were damaged , 1 being the toilet. The sofa could do with new padded cushions as you seemed sink into it and was uncomfortable after a period of sitting, even my children thought it was sore on their backs. The decking could do with a jet wash too as it was slippy when wet and took ages to dry out. This is probably people in and out of the hot tub. We have been to this site numerous times and always enjoyed it and had a great time again. Just need those litte things sorted to make it even better.

This lodge is really good
We would have scored Hadrians Lodge 10/10 if not for some really minor issues; lack of hanging space in both twin bedrooms for clothes, no full length mirror anywhere in the lodge, dining table needs attention (wobbly legs), extremely creaky floor, no shelves in shower cubicle for shampoo or shower gel etc., no hooks in bathroom for robes.
These were really minor issues and wouldn’t prevent us from staying again. The lodge itself is beautiful, the large decked outdoor area with gate was perfect for our 2 year old grandson and our dog. We have stayed in so many lodges and this hot tub was the best we have ever experienced!
The Crazy Horse Saloon wasn’t the best; the weren’t serving food on our arrival day (apparently do food on Mondays) and the space for dog friendly facilities was minimal. Getting to and from our lodge for days out was annoying due to the unnecessary number of killer speed bumps on site! The lack of a kids play area was a little annoying too.
All in all the park itself is nice, lots of wildlife and so many visitors to our veranda each day; geese, ducks, swans, squirrels, moor hens.
