Located in a quiet residential area of Parque Del Rey Playa Blanca with private roads, this holiday home has a living-dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob & fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, English TV Box, Pool Heating (Chargeable) and portable fans.
Outside there is a outdoor pool (3x4.5m Walk-in Steps 1.6 deep) furnished terrace & BBQ to enjoy your meals outside.
You will find the nearest supermarket in 850 m or a 10-minute walk. A larger selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached within 1.8 km and the nearest, beautiful sandy beach, Playa Flamingo, is 1.8 km away. Parking is available on the property.
