Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Designated parking for 1 car. Garden with gravelled area and picnic bench. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.9 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: WiFi is only available in the main centre. Note: There is a river which runs through the site which is unfenced, children must be supervised while outside. Note: The main Reception which is staffed 24/7. Note: Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Note: The on-site bar is open Sunday to Thursday, 7pm - 10:30pm and 7:30pm to 11pm Monday to Thursday. Note: At the restaurant evening meals can be pre-booked in our dining room by 10am that morning, subject to capacity and charge. Note: The gym is available for guests over the age of 18 and an induction is required. Note: The pool is available between 9am - 4pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 12:30pm on Friday, and a slot must be booked via reception. Note: Registered assistance dogs are accepted at sites with registration paperwork, however, they will need to adhere to on-site rules and not be left alone in the property. Prior agreement from centres will be required. Paperwork is required to be submitted at the time of final payment to arrival. Note: two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Note: No stag/hen parties allowed
