Built in traditional local York stone in 1850, Witton View is great for couples or small families that are seeking a pretty, quiet village location from which to explore nearby Wensleydale or Swaledale and just two miles away from the popular market town of Leyburn or further still the thriving historic town of Richmond.

Enjoying rural views, this mid terraced cottage is split over two levels and offers two delightful bedrooms on the first floor, both accompanied by a Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom, perfect for a quiet nights rest especially for those families who have been up at the crack of dawn exploring the nearby Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Downstairs the spacious sitting room with Victorian cast iron gas fireplace benefits from luxurious comfortable seating and leads through to the well-equipped kitchen featuring oak flooring, beamed ceiling and dining area seating four guests, all creating the perfect space for cosy nights in enjoying a homemade meal on a chilly winters evening.

Bellerby is a quiet village with the heart being the local pub. The owners wish is to support local businesses, so they would like you to have the first drink on them in the Cross Keys Inn. A ticket will be left in the cottage for guests to take and be swapped for a tipple of your choice to be enjoyed in the beer garden or around the cosy pub fire.

With a 6'Super-king size bed (converts to twin 3' singles on request), fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, ottoman and Tassimo coffee machine.

Parking at the front of the cottage on a first come first served basis and additional free off-road parking on the gravelled area opposite the cottage.
