With electric induction hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, granite worktops and dining table with seating for four guests (one step down from the back door leads to the rear patio area).
First Floor:
Master bedroom
With a 6' super-king size bed (converts to twin 3' singles on request), fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, ottoman and Tassimo coffee machine.
Two steps down leading to
En-suite Jack and Jill bathroom
With a P-shaped bath with shower overhead, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom two
With a 4'6 double bed, armoire and Tassimo coffee machine.
Outside:
Rear outside utility area with washing machine and dryer.
Delightful south-facing patio area to the front of the property with garden bench (two further patio chairs are kept under the stairs should you need them).
Bike store in small shed 30 metres away from the cottage.
Parking at the front of the cottage on a first come first served basis and additional free off-road parking on the gravelled area opposite the cottage.
