Two Ways, Dog Friendly countryside cottage in a quaint Derbyshire Village of Tansley
This charming cottage built in the 1880’s sits in a picturesque lane in the Derbyshire Dales village of Tansley.
It enjoys all modern facilities including a bright fully equipped fitted kitchen to meet all your needs for cooking at home. In the separate dining room there are books and games available for nights together or with the family.
The living room is homely and inviting with contemporary vibe including a feature fireplace with electric stove for cozying up on winter nights.
Upstairs the spacious master bedroom is a double, with the delightful second bedroom having twin beds.
The bathroom boasts a free standing feature bath and spacious walk-in shower, fluffy towels and natural complementary toiletries.
The outdoor space offers a dining area and additional sitting area which has a pergola where you can relax and unwind.
There are two great eating pubs and a garden centre with cafe within a short walk.
Nearby attractions include Chatsworth, Matlock Bath, Gullivers theme Park, Crich Tramway Museum, Matlock Farm Park and Carsington Water. Not to mention the beautiful Derbyshire countryside for walking and cycling.
Two Ways has 2 parking spaces and is pet friendly.
IMPORTANT
Please note the property is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply. Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
We also have a policy against the use of EV Car and Electric Scooter charging from the property, due to the fire risk and health and safety
Safety and security
This cottage is fully non-smoking. Please do not light candles or any other items that may cause a fire. When leaving please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked.
Ensure you do not lose your keys or lock them in the cottage as this may require a locksmith to attend which will be chargeable.
Housekeeping
Before vacating the property, we ask that you please leave the cottage how you found it upon arriving. Please ensure that it is left reasonable clean & tidy and the following has been completing before leaving;
Bedding stripped off all beds
Towels left in the bath
If furniture moved, it is placed back
Clean & tidy
All perishable items removed and placed into outside bins
Fridge & cupboard empty of food items
Outside areas free of rubbish and debris
All windows closed & doors locked before leaving
Pet Rules
We welcome pets at Two Ways Cottage (for an additional fee) to enjoy a holiday with you, but we do have a few house rules!
Please no pets on the furniture
Please bring your own blankets.
No pets upstairs
Please use own blankets and towels (unless provided)
No pets in the beds
Please tidy any mess in the garden
The £200 security deposit will be refunded if all above is adhered to.
