The villa is located in the quiet area of La Font, only 1.5 km from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa are 4 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.

In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.



It should be noted that the holiday home has fibre optic internet, which allows for a fast home office.
