The lodge was fine with a good location for a 10 minute walk into Keswick.

The lodge was fine with a good location for a 10 minute walk into Keswick. The only complaint we had was we reported there was a bulb required in the en suite bedroom in the toilet as the main light wasn’t working. I spent over 20 minutes on the phone on our first day of a 4 night stay to report the fault and was told it would be reported straight away. There was still nothing done about the bulb when we left on our final day. We were fortunate it wasn’t a major fault but disappointing that no one arrived to do the repair.
