Enjoying views of the enclosed courtyard garden, the comfortable sitting room is a quiet, cosy and private space, allowing you to sit back and relax. Leading to the open-plan kitchen, this area is perfect for rustling up a delicious meal made from all the fantastic local produce you discover. A commodious breakfast island with sit up bar stools provides seating for four, creating a sociable environment.
Two peaceful bedrooms invite the most pleasant night's sleep after an energetic day of exploring. The master bedroom features a double bed, with the second bedroom offering a king-size bed that can be converted into twin bed on request. Both bedrooms are served by a generous bathroom that boasts a large bath and separate walk-in shower. With all accommodation on a single level, guests can enjoy great access to the property - ideal for those with mobility concerns.
Outside, the enclosed courtyard hosts a dining area with accompanying charcoal barbecue, french bistro set, ornamental water well (capped for safety) and off-road parking for one car.
Bootleggers is located in the heart of this lovely coastal village, within walking distance of all three of the village pubs. Heacham has many footpaths to discover, and a great beach side promenade that stretches all the way to the iconic carrstone cliffs of neighbouring Hunstanton. Look out for popular Bordoli's pizza truck that visits the village on a Wednesday evening, and be sure to sample the gooiest of treats from Breakfast and Brownies on the high street. There is also a great antiques shop and cafe to be found next to the Tesco Express. For a larger supermarket, Lidl is located on on the road to Snettisham, and there is a big Tescos in Hunstanton, which also has EV chargers in the car park and a fuel station.
