Villa Molletta at Punta Ala with Pool

Villa Molletta is located in a strategic area of Punta Ala: only a 10-minute walk from the white beaches and 200 meters from essential services such as a supermarket, bakery, cafeteria and gastronomy. It is a partially renovated villa with a large private garden, ideal for up to 9 guests (5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) with the possibility of parking 2 cars on the property, one of which is covered.



The villa is accessed by crossing the front garden and develops over two floors.

On the ground floor guests will find a large living room with fireplace (working), a dining area and a large covered terrace for eating outside during the whole vacation. There is also the well equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a brand new bathroom with 'walk-in' shower.

In addition there are a large storage room and a practical washing area with external sink.



From the living room a comfortable staircase leads to the first floor with a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, the second completely renovated bathroom with shower and a solarium.



The outdoor facilities in the garden are numerous and give the possibility to spend your holidays in the open air in complete comfort: garden on two levels with a sunny part and a part in the shade of two centuries-old pine trees, brick barbecue, covered terrace with table and chairs, second dining area in the garden with table and chairs, sun loungers…



Villa Molletta is also equipped with a large 42" TV with Sky SAT connection, WiFi, air conditioning in all bedrooms (except the room with the bunk bed), fans in the other rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine, kettle…



The Villa is ideal for a large family, or even two families, and for those who are looking for a large well-kept interior space, a large garden, proximity to the sea and all essential services, in a position that allows you to quickly reach all the great sights to visit in Tuscany.

Simona's villa is absolutely beautiful. It is very spacious inside, with lovely living spaces, and has all the amenities you could need. But it's the outside space that really makes it. So great for lounging by the pool and eating outside. It's close to the beach, and Simona was an excellent host, who responded quickly and gave us clear, easy instructions for arrival.

Excellent house, aircon in bedrooms. Location is perfect: 5 win walk to the supermarket, 7 min walk to the beach and a tennis club, but it’s off the main road so it’s very quiet. Clean, everything works perfectly. Lots of appliances in the kitchen should you wish to cook. Large garden. Host very flexible and responsive. Overall, perfect stay, we would love to come back again.

Very Nice place in a very Nice and quiet location. We stayed there in Mai and basically had the area for ourself (nö neighbours in the other house) . Also the beachclubs were Just getting ready for the Main season and We had the beach for ourself. This might be Different at high season. House Was well equiped and the outside sitting area was also great. The two double bed Rooms were good. The other beds in the other Rooms were a bit small and "noisy". This could/should be improved. The smallest Room had no door and for a 9th Person it would have been quite tight. I recommend 8 Persons9 including a child. Punta Ala as a region has a very clean and great See and beach and Nice hiking and excursion possibilities.

Wir waren in der ersten Septemberwoche mit zwei Familien in der Villa Moletta und haben uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert hat uns der große Garten, der auch für unseren Zwergdackel ausbruchssicher eingezäunt war. Der kleine Pool war nach einem heißen Tag eine wunderbare Erfrischung und wurde fast täglich vom Gärtnerteam gereinigt. Auch sonst war die Anlage sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Villa Moletta uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Una splendida oasi di relax a Punta Ala! Abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie a Villa Molletta e l'esperienza è stata speciale. La casa è bellissima, grande, comoda e strutturata benissimo, ideale per chi cerca spazi ampi, privacy e una perfetta vivibilità degli ambienti sia interni che esterni. L'arredamento è curato con grande gusto. Il giardino è un paradiso, la piscina piccola ma funzionale. La casa si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a 2 minuti dal supermercato e da un forno spettacolare. Un vero punto di forza è la dotazione: la villa è super accessoriata e fornita di qualsiasi cosa si possa desiderare durante un soggiorno, non facendoci mancare davvero nulla (dalle attrezzature della cucina ai comfort per il relax). La posizione a Punta Ala regala un contesto tranquillo e suggestivo. Consigliatissima a chiunque voglia godersi una vacanza di alto livello in un contesto incantevole. Check in war unproblematisch, auch wenn wir uns noch mehr Infos zu den Möglichkeiten (Restaurants, Sehenswertes, etc) rund um Punta Ala gewünscht hätten! Das Haus erfüllt alle Erwartungen und hat eine tolle Lage. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!
