The cottage itself was excellent. Lovely place very relaxing opposite the cottage is a flowing river very beautiful. We felt the expedia photo of the cottage location as being close to a beach was very misleading. Our first impression was we didnt book to stay at a very remote location with no signal. We were struggling to ring the owner of the cottage as we had not received any instructions about access to thr cottage. With no signal we were unable to contact the owner. We had walked passed the Lloyd George museum and the kind reception gave us access to the their broadband. I was then able to access the expedia app for access.
Th cottage is even lovelier in person, the kitchen is well stocked, even has a washing machine and loved the local walks in the village / along the river. Authentic local pub was my husband's favourite part. Christine was quick to respond every time - thank you for the welcome treats!!
Très belle ballade le long de la rivière juste devant la maison. Chemin côtier facilement accessible pour aller à Criccieth à pied.Le gîte est bien équipé.
