Amazing single family home, biking distance to the beach!

This gorgeous 2,200 square foot single family home in The Grande at Canal Pointe is perfect for your family beach vacation. With a great location, fresh feel, and tons of space, you'll have a week to remember!

Our house is on the east side of Route 1 so you can spend more time on the beach and less time in traffic. Bring your bikes and do the 2 mile ride to the boardwalk, or stop at one of the great restaurants and bars on Rehoboth Ave. You'll also be just a short distance to the Breakwater Junction trail if you're looking for a longer ride.

You'll have plenty of room for family and friends with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, plus spacious common living areas. The house boasts a dining room that seats 6 and a great room with a reclining sectional couch. If you need even more space just step out onto the screened-in porch for morning coffee or after-dinner drinks. The open concept kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and has all the cookware and place settings you'll need to prepare and serve meals.

The entire extended family will have a comfortable sleeping situation and plenty of privacy:

1st Floor Primary Bedroom - King Bed, en-suite bath
2nd Floor Primary Bedroom - King Bed, double futon, en-suite bath
2nd Floor Bedroom 2 - King bed, twin bed in attached room, shared hall bath
2nd Floor Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, shared hall bath

Each bedroom, in addition to the great room and screened porch, is equipped with a ceiling fan. All beds are outfitted with pillows and comforters as well. PLEASE NOTE: be sure to bring your other bed linens and all your bath/beach towels, as those are not part of our service.

There are two community pools. We're very close to Rehoboth Beach, the Breakwater-Junction trail, Tanger Outlets and more. You never have to get on Route 1 to get to the beach, so skip all that traffic and spend your time relaxing!
