Superb, light and big apartment of 57 Sqm, tastefully decorated which can accommodate up to 2 people.

It offers comfort conditions of very high standard with its 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, its fully equipped kitchen, triple glazing, Nespesso machine, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, an amazing home cinema system to watch a good movie.

It is a prime location in the heart of Paris with very easy access and twice a week there is typical Parisian market in our street.

Next door you would enjoy l'Opera Bastille and le Canal Saint-Martin, 100 meters to "La Place des Vosges" and " le Marais". Perfect area for shopping.

The bed linens were disgusting and should be replaced. The pillows were also disgusting and we bought new pillow cases. The closests were a mess with all of the owners stuff just thrown in. There was a large closet but the doors were broken. We asked for it to be repaired, but our request was ignored. The were no lights in the common area and this area was filthy - two old chairs and a broken lamp were there the entire time of our stay.
