Lovely apartment on 5th floor which provided cool breezes when weather was hot. All necessary items were provided for a very comfortable stay. However the bed was not great. Terrific location. The hostesses were very helpful with arrival information. We would recommend the apartment and stay there again.

Spacious vistas; thoughtful reader’s/chef’s retreat

Light and cross-ventilation of expansive front and back vistas framed Paris Spring perfectly. Both reading and enjoying seasonal delicacies from the Thursday and Sunday Bastille fresh market were a joy for us in this charming apartment. Ideal central, yet quiet location for launching daily long walks/metro rides to all of Paris. Only the bedding could have been better for our otherwise perfectly wonderful stay. Highly appreciated and warmly recommended!

Paris in June

I attended a ten-days conference and this apartment was a perfect solution. It is walking distance from the Sorbonne, in a quiet neighborhood but very close to several touristic destinations. The apartment is very nice and has everything I need for my stay. The host is very nice and helpful. I would try to stay there again on my next visit to Paris.

Clean, quiet, with lift, bed very uncomfortable

The check in process was great and the owner lives across the hall and was very attentive. The kitchen had adequate utensils, only some hubs worked on the stove. The space was clean and quiet. The elevator was great as the apartment is on the fifth floor. It was wonderful having the washing machine and drying rack. The neighborhood was great. The down side was the bed: it peaked in the middle and sloped down both sides. Also there were no curtains on the bedroom windows which made it feel a real lack of privacy.

Wir waren glĂŒcklich in dem Appartement : geschmackvoll eingerichtet,hell, mit einem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen; zentral gelegen, MĂ€rkte, Metro und Bus in der NĂ€he, keinerlei ĂŒberflĂŒssige Vorschriften. Excellent séjour

L'appartement est bien adapté pour un couple et nous avons particuliÚrement apprécié son emplacement qui favorise la marche à pied, que ce soit pour aller à la gare ou pour se rendre dans les différents quartiers de Paris ! De plus, l'appartement est trÚs calme ! Bref : nous conservons de ce séjour parisien un excellent souvenir !!!! P.S :Mme Schilte a eu la gentillesse de nous autoriser à laisser nos valises dans l'appartement la derniÚre journée, ce qui nous a permis de flùner quelques heures de plus dans la capitale !!! J’ai passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cet joli appartement bien Ă©quipĂ© et dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t. En outre, l’emplacement est idĂ©al. Il s’agit d’un quartier calme et bien desservi par les transports publics. À mon arrivĂ©e, Madame Schilte m’a accueilli et m’a montrĂ© tout ce qu’il fallait. Un Havre de paix

Mon fils et moi avons loué cet appartement pour 1 mois. C'est un logement spacieux, trÚs bien décoré, bien équipé (le seul reproche c'est l'absence de lave linge mais à Paris et vu la taille générale des appartements, c'est lave linge ou lave-vaisselle). Il est placé dans un quartier calme et aéré, prÚs de la Seine, idéal pour les balades sur les quais. Situé prÚs de toute commodités, métro, supérette, pharmacie, coiffeur..... La propriétaire ainsi que sa fille qui habite l'appartement d'en face, sont des personnes charmantes. On adore !!!!!
