Perfect location

The villa got everything we need, it was clean, spacious, plenty of dishes for everyone, beach chair, beach towel… the pool was clean and clear, garden well maintain, security gard 24/7 beach across the street and bus stop at 2 minutes walk perfect vacation

Very High Potential

We were a family of 8 people that stayed 2 weeks at this location. Location is great overall, with a short walk to the beach. The building has multiple apartments and inside definitely has a good Mexican feel to it. It appears the owners are new and need to do some repairs to make this place perfect. Blinds, toilets, wood damage from rain, etc need to be completed to make this place perfect but beyond that I would rent this place again. The spiral stairs are not very safe for small children, so something to be careful with. Also, I would recommend a pesticide spraying on a normal basis since there are various bugs, ants that will come in, but that is normal for tropical area. The host, Chris, was great and very helpful in fixing whatever he could get done while we were there. Again, very high potential, just some initial maintenance to be done, and then enjoy.
