Alloro Apartment - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

Bright and welcoming apartment, in a very pleasant modern style, with incredible views of the Dome of San Lorenzo, while being a stone's throw from the Medici Chapels and a three-minute walk from the station and the Church of Santa Maria Novella, is extremely quiet and the distribution of the interior spaces is harmonious.
The apartment is located on the third floor, without elevator, it is a perfect starting point for visiting the city and very convenient if you travel by train, in a neighborhood full of shops and supermarkets and with great cultural value.
It can accommodate up to 6 people in the three double rooms, with all the separable beds. Each room has spacious wardrobes or cloakroom and one of them also has a private bathroom with a shower.
The dining area adjoining the kitchen corner and the living room offer two beautiful tables for lunches with family or friends, the kitchen is fully equipped and just renovated. Adjacent to the living area there is a second bathroom with shower.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.)
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area.
Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge.
Service restriction:
The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/22 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day.

Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100€ will be required.
As per Italian law number 21472011 (art.40.1), the Italian police require us to communicate the identity of our guests. The informations that guests are required to share are: an identity document with a valid photo for expatriation and the address of residence .

To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one at a time. The house is equipped with a boiler, a simultaneous use of hot water could temporarily reduce its temperature.
The tourist tax of EUR 6.00 per person per night must be paid upon check-in.

City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
