Excellent communication, very clean house with great facilities. Very easy 10 minute walk into centre of York. We were given an early check in and late check out without asking. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for a visit to York so convenient to the centre of town can walk to the centre excellent facilities and comfortable beds probably the best we have been to definitely recommend the place

Hope House

Plenty of bed space for a group of six of us and a short walk to all of York’s major attractions. Tons of pubs nearby, and a very wide variety of restaurants. Facilities in house very good too if you want to cook for yourself. Great place to stay.

The house was so warm and welcoming. It suited our family perfectly, 2 couples and then 3 singles. We worked a shower schedule as the bath took a long time to fill. The facilities were excellent. Only thing would be a DVD player as we brought a DBD game with us. Silly I know but maybe a welcome basket given the cost but the 3 packs of biscuits and UHT milk very welcomed xx
