Rental CORSICA typical house in the historic district, built on vaults. The house has an area of approximately 125m2. It is located in a beautiful village of Balagne in Haute-Corse.
there are a dozen beaches nearby (between 12 and 25km), but also hiking trails that leave the village.
The house has 7 rooms and 2 terraces of 25 and 10m2. Access to the 1st floor is via an external stone staircase that takes you to the terrace of 10m2 and the entrance of the house

Charmerende bjergby

Hyggeligt hus med flere smÄ etager. Ikke egnet til gangbesvÊrede og familer med meget smÄ bÞrn. Dejlig tagterrasse med udekÞkken, hvor vi hver dag nÞd vores morgenmad med udsigt over byen og bjergerne, samt de fascinerende glenter, som kom meget tÊt pÄ. Ingen indkÞbsmuligheder i byen, men til gengÊld kom der en bager-bil hver dag med brÞd fra bageren i nabobyen. Vi fandt ingen vandrestier med udgangspunkt i byen, Muro. Balagne-regionen er er meget skÞnt og smukt omrÄde med masser af muligheder for vandring i bjerge, badning i floder, shopping i de nÊrmeste byer og svÞmning og snorkling ved de lÊkreste strande. Lokalbefolkningen er ikke gode til engelsk, men alligevel meget imÞdekomne og hjÊlpesomme. Man kan komme langt med tegn og fakter. Man skal kunne lide at kÞre pÄ snoede, smalle veje.

GITE RURAL AUTHENTIQUE

Maison sur plusieurs niveaux, typique d'un village corse, aménagée avec goût, terrasse bien orientée et sans vis à vis. Jeune propriétaire sympa, à l'écoute des avis des locataires dans le but d'apporter des améliorations à son gßte. Séjour agréable.

Nice house, the village is so so, but beautiful beaches!

The house was good and decorated very friendly and the view from the terrace was fantastic. We didn’t like the the village though. It was a bit dirty, a lot of trash was laying there.

Ideal um Ruhe zu finden

Sehr geschmackvolles, altertĂŒmliches Haus mit wunderbarer Terrasse. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein, da einige Treppen zu bewĂ€ltigen sind. Unternehmungen nur mit dem Auto möglich. Eher außerhalb des Hochsommers zu empfehlen. Achtung: es gibt mehrere Orte des gleichen Namens!

Schönes altes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Gute Ausstattung.

Nur mit Auto sinnvoll, Zugang nur ĂŒber Treppen. 25 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Meer und Supermarkt. Wanderwege vor der TĂŒr. FĂŒr Kinder ungeeignet.

Schönes altes Haus mit absolut toller Dachterrasse! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Muro liegt sehr ruhig in den Bergen, was wir als sehr erholsam empfunden haben.

En plein cƓur d’une nature somptueuse

Totalement ignorante des routes corses , l’arrivĂ©e fut un peu Ă©pique car tardive. Le village est trĂšs ancien et les maisons idem. En cas d’arrivĂ©e Ă  Bastia par avion , veiller Ă  utiliser la route principale le plus longtemps possible avant d’attaquer la route de montagne. On s’y fait vite mais prudence Ă  l’arrivĂ©e pour les non connaisseurs. Sinon hĂŽtesse absolument adorable , souriante aimable et d’une parfaite gentillesse . Maison de village trĂšs ancienne et pleine de charme, avec un gros plus pour la terrasse de dernier Ă©tage . Pour les amateurs de calme et d’authenticitĂ©, qui apprĂ©cient d’ĂȘtre rĂ©veillĂ©s par le chant des oiseaux . Et qui aimeront prendre leur cafĂ© le matin devant la porte de la maison ...

Wir durften 2 sehr schöne Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbringen. Die Aussicht von der Terasse alleine war die Reise bereits wert. Korsika ist einfach traumhaft schön und hat soviel zu bieten, dass man es in 2 Wochen gar nicht alles schafft.

TrĂšs bel endroit, dĂ©part de randonnĂ©es et visites de la Balagne, Calme, Maison oĂč chacun peut trouver son intimitĂ© avant de trouver la convivialitĂ© sur la Terrasse. Nous n'avons pas eu de problĂšme de stationnement, et puis en vacances un peu de marche ne fait pas de mal. Je recommande vivement cet endroit. De plus Jean Claude est bienveillant avec ses hĂŽtes...Merci Ă  vous....Dominique

GerÀumig, ruhige Lage und mit Altstadt-Charme

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und sind nach einer Woche schweren Herzens abgereist. Das Haus erstreckt sich ĂŒber 3 Etagen plus Dachterasse. Fahrzeit nach LÂŽIle Rousse, ca. 20 min. NĂ€chst gelegene Einkaufsmöglickteit (Croissants, Baguette etc) in Felicetu, ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben sehr angenehme drei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich und Rosemarie & Jean Claude waren sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend und haben unseren Urlaub mit zahlreichen Tipps bereichert. Wir kommen gerne wieder - danke! Nous avons passé trois semaines trÚs agréables dans cette maison merveilleuse. L'équipement était trÚs confortable et Rosemarie & Jean Claude étaient trÚs aimables et nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils enrichissant. Nous allons revenir - merci!

GeschichtstrÀchtiges Haus aus der Zeit der Sarazenen

Buchen und Bezahlen war einfach ĂŒber FEWO möglich und Claude gab uns viele RatschlĂ€ge zur Anreise. Man wohnt mitten im historischen Dorfzentrum (sehr ruhig) in einem schön renovierten 900 Jahre alten Haus. Der Platz vorm Haus und die Gassen rundherum sind autofrei und die Kinder des Dorfes spielen dort. Parken ist ĂŒberall im Dorf möglich und wir fanden, trotz Bus, immer ein PlĂ€tzchen. Man wohnt auf 3 Etagen. FĂŒr unsere 6 köpfige Familie war mehr als genug Platz. Auf der Dachterrasse hatten wir einen fantastischen Ausblick ĂŒber das ganze Dorf und des öfteren Barbeque. Das Haus ist mit netten gemĂŒtlichen alten Möbeln eingerichtet, die besser als am Foto ausschauen. Das ganze Haus war sauber und alles war da und funktionierte wie erwartet. Auf der Dachterrasse steht eine Waschmaschine und man kann dort auch die nasse (Bade)WĂ€sche aufhĂ€ngen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden es jedem empfehlen der gerne etwas abseits vom Tourismus urlaubt. Claude gibt viele Tipps und, wenn wie bei uns die Zufahrt mit einem Bus schwierig ist, hilft er auch mit dem GebĂ€ck. Auch fĂŒr RĂ€der findet einen Abstellplatz im Keller. Einige Infos zur Umgebung: Ohne Auto geht allerdings gar nichts. Im Dorf gibt es leider keinen Supermarkt und kein Restaurant. Am Morgen fĂ€hrt der BĂ€cker durch's Dorf. Zur Hauptstrasse Calvi - Il Rosse sind es ca. 15 Minuten, von dort sind viele tolle StrĂ€nde leicht erreichbar. Auch die großen SupermĂ€rkte liegen dort. Unsere Empfehlung: Einige km weiter liegt das Restaurant "Edgar" mit gegrillten Kalb am Abend.

Wundervolles Haus mit traumhafter Terasse

Wer es individuell und weniger touristisch mag, ist hier genau richtig! FĂŒr AusflĂŒge zum Meer und in die Berge liegt es perfekt. Das Haus ist gemĂŒtlich und bietet sehr viel Platz - wir waren zu fĂŒnft hier. Die Terasse und der grandiose Blick in die Berge haben uns direkt begeistert!! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns drei Wochen lang wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

pas deçu!

une semaine entre amis dans une maison bien équipée, offrant des espaces permettant vie de groupe , convivialité et intimité!...une terrasse avec une trés belle vue sur la montagne corse...dans un beau village de Balagne. au final l'envie d'y revenir!
