Fabulous 3 bedroom villa with stunning panoramic sea views

Fabulous 3 bedroom villa with stunning panoramic sea views from the terrace, located just a 5 minute walk to the bustling harbour of Puerto del Carmen.

Villa Barquito is south facing and a complete sun trap from morning to night, with an undercover terrace with shade and a large table for alfresco dining, while appreciating the panoramic sea views amongst a gorgeous lush garden. There is a heated pool with sun loungers, to enjoy the Lanzarote sun, and at the side of the villa, you can enjoy a game of table tennis.

As you enter the villa, you will get a sense of peace and tranquility. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area with views of the tropical garden. The living room has a large smart TV complete with all UK / Irish channels, and there are sliding patio doors that open onto the undercover outside dining area. 3 bedrooms sleep 6 people (2 x double and 1 x twin), and there is a fold up bed for children that can be put in the living area or the master bedroom. The master bedroom has fantastic sea views and also patio doors that open up to the terrace.

Puerto del Carmen really has it all! Beautiful sandy beaches, fabulous restaurants, and an old town with typical old town charm and an Avenida bustling with vibrancy and life.

Property exceeded our expectations, it was lovely.. clean and spacious both inside and out. Mosi plugs everywhere and we weren’t bothered by them at all (they love me). The area was quiet and felt safe. We were close enough to everything we needed for a week long stay without a car. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Lanzarote. Thank you

Overall stay.

Had to listen to a Jack Hammer going on next door most of the week. Microwave was broken and melted our baby bottles, so wasn’t a good start. Property was strong money for the week so feel shouldn’t hold back on basic amenities. Property could really benefit from aircon, was many of sleepless sticky nights. Property and villa its self is stunning. Great location

What a beautiful place!

Absolutely amazing villa, so spacious and clean with all amenities It really was a home from home with lots of extra touches that made the stay really enjoyable. The attention to detail was great which meant we wanted for nothing. Customer service was second to none when I couldn’t work the oven and having Kristy on watsapp was fab, although maybe not for her 😂 Pool was cleaned twice during our 9 day stay and the kind offer of towels and bedding change was declined by us as we have all the facilities needed to wash them ourselves. The views were beautiful, the villa and surrounding area was peaceful and we were a short walk from the port and main strip. Already looked at booking for us all again next year but the family will have grown by then so sadly this villa not big enough so we have been looking at the 4 bed villas instead, I have also booked myself and husband into a smaller property in January. This company really is a hidden gem and will be our our first choice for all future visits to Lanzarote 😍
