I recently stayed at this property and found it to be a decent rental overall. The unit was clean, and the amenities were as described. It served its purpose well for the duration of my stay. The neighborhood was a bit different from what I'm used to, but it was generally fine. I didn’t encounter any issues during the stay. The price was very reasonable for what was offered, making it a good value for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable! It was very conveniently located Walking to downtown was easy and only a minute drive to access to Hwy 1 to head our on day trips in the mountains.I could not have been happier. Will definitely be staying again on my next trip to Anchorage. Thanks Luke

Very accommodating host

We really appreciated Luke's hospitality including letting us check in early and use of the free laundry. This is a great location for a stay. If you are traveling with your partner the space isn't huge (I believe the bed is a double/full), but that isn't a fault of the property/listing. Just be prepared to snuggle for the duration of your time in this cozy apartment!

The apartment itself and Luke are awesome, it’s just the neighborhood. Not a very safe area. Daylight made it better for me. A family member lives on site, and there are surveillance cameras., and a Tall fenced in yard. Laundry is free!!!

Good and totally adequate.

At first I thought this place was too small. The size is fine. It is expensive for what it is. The walls and floor above are too thin. I am sure I bothered the person next door and the people above bothered and scared me one night. This is a fairly dangerous neighborhood but since it was rarely night that wasn’t as big an issue as it would have been in winter. I am from Alaska so I know the areas. I didn’t feel unsafe though.
