This house has a recent equipped kitchen open to a large living room, a desk with fibers and a sofa bed, two bedrooms with storage and a bathroom.

Opposite the house are a supermarket, a pharmacy and a bank, while a tobacco bar and a bakery are present in the village.

Ideally located between La Rochelle and Chatelaillon, it is the perfect starting point to explore the region. The beaches are only a 15 minute drive away.
