Village location but close to the coast.
A pleasant cottage in ( for us at least) a familiar and convenient location. Comfortable beds and well heated. Good size garden. Kitchen well equipped but cramped as a dining space, especially for four adults.

Well equipped comfortable base from which to explore north Norfolk
A well equipped comfortable base from which to explore north Norfolk. We had the benefit of good weather and stunning views of the northern lights but would have still enjoyed our stay in Binham without these.

Lovely cottage in lovely village
Great stay. The cottage was impeccable and is located in a lovely village only 10min drive from Wells. The lounge and bathroom need updating but we had everything we needed and hope to return soon!

Hello Agnes
Thank you for being the first to review Fairfield Cottage. The cottage is new to us this year and you were probably one of the first guests. We are so pleased to hear you had a great stay. It is such a cosey cottage and as you say the village is lovely and in a great location. The lounge and the bathroom upstairs are not as modern as the kitchen and the downstairs WC which were brand new this year 2023 but it is still a very pleasant cottage. We hope you stay again soon.

Lovely cottage
A well located cottage, close to the coast and plenty of local walks. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is fully enclosed and dog friendly. Bed in main bedroom is huge and very comfortable. Binham is so quiet- very relaxing. Short walk to the priory. The welcome pack was very nice. Highly recommend.

Fairfield Cottage Binham Norfolk
Really enjoyed our stay at Binham the other week. Centrally positioned to travel to most parts of North Norfolk.
The Cottage was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing and really comfy.
If there is a downside then we would say the living room needs modernising and it looked like the window cleaner hadnt bothered cleaning the upstairs windows.
All in all it was good as we had a good week weather wise.
The Cottage just needs a little TLC.

Excellent cottage
This cottage is lovely and in a great location for visiting coast and inland locations.
Aerial may need checking as TV signal breaking up quite a bit. (those pigeons are pretty hefty)
