STEPS TO TOWN!! Waterview and Garden Views

The Boathouse unit is on the ground level facing the harbor with lovely views. The open lay out offers much charm with open kitchen, bar/dining area, and living areas. Queen bedroom with authentic barn board decor and high end bathroom with tile shower and neat port hole window emphasize the fun and playful feel of this unit.

This unit is fully air conditioned and has a private entrance area and your own parking space. There is a outside area with a grill and table & seating to take in the water and garden views.

This is a ground floor unit but it is very charming and feels more like cozy boathouse apartment. The unit sleeps two people and no more than two additional daytime guests are permitted. You may notice occasional low-level noise from upstairs unit.

Bay View Street is absolutely the best location in town. Walk to Laite Beach for a swim or out your back door 50 yards and sit on the granite ledges of Camden Harbor.

This property offers unmatched value for its amenities, location and high end finishes.

Cosey for two with harbour view.

This is our 3rd year there and we love it. Our friends stay upstairs so their noise does not bother us, but if you are bothered by footsteps, I would look elsewhere. Everything you could POSSIBLY want is provided. I have never stayed in such a well equipped place and we are hoping to return next year. Lynn and Mac Young, Atlanta

Perfect Spot/Perfect Accommodations

I looked for something that would be walkable to the town, and the Boathouse was certainly that. Loved it was all on one floor. The decorations were a great combination of old world, modern, and ships. The owners thought of everything. The porthole in the shower was a special touch of whimsy. Plentiful, fluffy towels and every utensil you could think of in the modern kitchen. The furniture was exceptionally comfortable. Did I mention the view? Oh my that was something else. The harbor in all its changing glory. As I said, perfect and we can't wait to return. Thanks so much for sharing your perfect spot.

Camden Harbor Views

Very clean, stylish and well organized condo unit with awesome views of Camden Harbor. Quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to downtown Camden and the harbor front. Highly recommended for a single person or couple.

This is a beautiful property! Great location with a view of the harbor & walking distance to town.

Well appointed, clean, bright space. Great kitchen, lovely sitting area to read, watch the boats go by, or grill a meal. ComfortBle queen bed, great shower, comfy living room with nice selection of books and resources of the area. Camden never disappoints. We will return to this property.

Completely renovated and tastefully decorated plus every convenience we could wish for. Naomi was accessible if we needed her and had excellent suggestions for local eateries and adventures. Lovely home in a great location.

The view of the harbour never stops changing. Lovely and you can see it from the kitchen as well as from the sofa. The location for the harbour, shops and the town's excellent choice of restaurants is perfect. The apartment is remarkable for the attention to detail. Nothing was missing and there were plenty of cleaning products. We just felt at home there and loved our week. We were very sad to leave.

Wonderful cottage by the sea

I don't usually write reviews but this place deserved one. The condo is a perfect retreat for two for a weekend or for a month. The owner has thought of everything needed for a cozy and comfortable stay, from the comfy bed and bath to the well appointed kitchen. Newly redone and charmingly decorated with a designer's touch. Sit on the sofa and watch the schooners sail by.

Lovely Time in Camden

We spent 9 days at the boat house in Mid September. The unit and hospitality exceeded our expectations. The unit was better equipped than most we have stayed. The garden, view and easy access to town were exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy luxury!

I spent a long weekend in this beautiful one bedroom apartment. A very short walk to downtown Camden and all that it has to offer, makes this a perfectly placed location! Elegantly put together, warm, private and comfortable. This "abode" lacked nothing; everything you need is there from a fully equipped kitchen to the stocked bathroom. The owners saw to every detail. I started each day on the patio overlooking the gardens and harbor and ended my evenings there as well. I can't wait to go back!
