This is a private cottage on a gated property in the estate area of Pebble Beach. Enjoy the perfect Mediterranean retreat just three minutes up the forested drive from the Lodge at Pebble Beach, with its Spa, exclusive shops and four restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Downtown Carmel-by-the Sea is just seven minutes away and the renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium just fifteen minutes away.
The location affords quiet seclusion, but is accessible for grocery and restaurant deliveries. Whole Foods is only a ten minute drive to the Del Monte Shopping Center!
This one bedroom-two bath cottage features two stone gas fireplaces and a full kitchen with granite counters, Wolf stove and Bosch dishwasher. The living room/library has a 55" television with DirecTv and DVR. The bedroom has a 42" television. The cottage also has WiFi and a whole house speaker system. The granite workstation and bedroom feature built-in USB ports.
The lush surrounding gardens include two old world fountains and a brick patio with teak table, umbrella and chairs for a relaxing outdoor experience.
Monterey County requires us to add a 10.5 per cent Transient Occupancy Tax.
