The Sail locker is a historic stone cottage built circa the 1800s. Originally an art gallery, the space has been recently lovingly refurbished into a cosy romantic nook for two. It makes for an ideal base to explore all that Polperro and the surrounding area has to offer. We are steps away from the working harbour, sandy beach, Cornish pubs and top-rated restaurants. Why not sit back, relax in our window seat, and listen to the River Pol gently passing by the window.

We have a complementary car parking space available free for guests' use. It is located further up the lane on the right-hand side around a 10 to 15-minute walk-

*Please be aware it is up a steep, challenging hill and would be unsuitable for anyone with any mobility or fitness issues.

We would recommend, driving a slight detour to the car parking space and walking down the hill with your luggage, where possible. You can unload outside, but you would have to be quick as it is a single lane. Polperro is a largely traffic-free village as many of the roads are very narrow. Unfortunately, as quaint as Polperro is, it wasn’t made for cars!

There is also a luggage taxi via a quad bike that operates from this car park to assist with your luggage for a fee.

From April to November an electric tram service also runs from the main car park to the village centre.
