Kingfisher Cottage is a modern 3 bed detached property set in a quiet residential location, a short 10-12 walk into the centre of the village.
Kingfisher Cottage has been extensively refurbished with all new carpets and flooring throughout, new beds and furniture and recently landscaped sunny enclosed garden.
Sleeps 6 guests in 3 modern bedrooms, 2 king size beds and a twin room that can be made up as a king on request, ensuite and family bathroom.

Books, toys, games and jigsaws for children to keep little ones entertained on those rainy days!
DINING -
Modern table and chairs in kitchen diner to seat 6 guests with French Doors that open onto the newly landscaped garden.
Extremely well equipped kitchen with brand new washing machine, toaster, kettle, double oven, induction hob, large fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and cooking utensils if you wish to cook while you are on holiday!
Kiddies plastic cups, bowls and cutlery and high chair available if required.
In the kitchen you will find a starter amount of tea, coffee (pods and sachets), milk, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, tea towel, kitchen paper, clothes washing capsules and basic cupboard items such as ketchup, vinegar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, bin bags, foil, cling film, dishcloth, washing up liquid, kitchen roll etc are all provided. You will find the nearby Coop or Tesco supermarket (in Stow) will be able to provide any further supplies that you may require during your stay.

The first floor accommodation comprises of 3 double bedrooms all with brand new, comfortable, deep mattresses with fresh, white bedlinen which will allow you to relax and unwind, ready for your next day of sightseeing in this beautiful part of the country.
A hand towel and large bath sheet are provided for each guest.
Bedroom 1 - an elegant Master bedroom with Kingsize bed, large fitted wardrobe, bedside tables with drawer, laptop sized safe, hairdryer and modern ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 - a luxurious Kingsize bed, full length mirror, hairdryer, free standing wardrobe with motion activated lighting and modern bedside tables with drawers.
Bedroom 3 - can be set up to your specific needs either as a twin with two single 2ft 6 beds or as one Kingsize bed, black out blind, full length mirror and free standing wardrobe with motion activated lighting.
In addition to the spacious master en-suite with stand in shower, there is a stylish and spacious family bathroom with bath and overhead shower attachment. Both bathrooms have large towel rails.
OUTSIDE -
Leading off the kitchen is a sunny enclosed garden.
Private drive allowing off road parking for 2 cars and a garage which can be used as secure storage for bikes or buggies/pram with rear access to the garden.
NEARBY AMENITIES -
A five/ten -minute walk will take you to the near-by supermarket (modern and well-stocked Coop) and then a short walk from there will bring you right into the centre of Bourton on the Water where you will be spoilt for choice with all the sights to see (without the need to locate a parking spot!).

Within a short drive from Kingfisher Cottage, you will also find plenty of attractions to visit, such as a number of National Trust properties and other historic homes including Sudeley Castle and Blenheim Palace. Families may wish to visit Adam Hensons Farm Park, The Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens or the Corinium Museum in Cirencester.
For those that enjoy walking, the Monarch’s Way footpath, based on the route taken by King Charles II in 1651, runs straight through Bourton, part of the Oxfordshire Way can also be joined, or the shorter Windrush Way begins in Winchcombe and follows the Windrush Valley to end in Bourton.
Enjoy visiting the famous Cotswold honey coloured stone villages and towns around Bourton such Stow on the Wold, Moreton in Marsh, Chipping Campden, Lower Slaughter or Bibury, which are all within easy reach of this lovely holiday home.
