The apartment is furnished in a classic Venetian style, with antique furniture, Murano glass chandeliers and precious Venetian fabrics. The apartment consists of a living room with a suggestive painting on the living room ceiling, a small equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom with a four-poster bed, a single bedroom and two shower bathrooms. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 5 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

The attention to detail in the decorating made it feel like a very Venetian experience. Highly recommend taking the vaporetto or a water taxi to get to the apartment with luggage. It's very close to the vaporetto stop with no bridges with stairs to go over this way. Showers were great and the beds were comfy.

The unit was just as listed in the app. Clean and easy to access. Great dealing with the host, taking care of our transportation from the train to the unit by boat.

Great and quiet location

The communication process was really great and the team was very responsive. Have a lot of close by restaurants, 15 min walk to the major places and 10 mins from the train station. The air-conditioning was not working in both rooms and they came and said it was fixed. However, it was not fixed as it will work for an hour and then turn off. Luckily, it was not too warm and we were able to run the air-condition on fan mode all night. Would prefer they have instructions on operating the washer as it is different than what we were used to.

This is a great apartment in a very central location of San Marco. Easy to get anywhere and navigate. Definitely an older space with classic aesthetic and sufficient amenities for a short stay.
