Boaters Paradise : 3 bedroom waterfront home close to downtown Naples Fl.


New installed UV light in A/C to kill bacteria , virus, mold, fungies etc .
This is a newly remodeled home located near beautiful old town Naples and the beach. Home is located on a quite cul- de-sac street .
Kids and dogs are welcome.
We speak English, German, Spanish
Home has a large boat dock and is just minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico. No bridges. The canal at low tide is still at least 4 ft deep, so no problems with accessing dock and gulf with a rental boat . Enjoy Privacy and ammenities of the boat dock and pool area. The home sits on a wide canal with natural Florida landscape views on other side of canal
The house is southern exposure, so you have full sun summer and winter months !
Guests are sure to enjoy a great stay at this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed and private bathroom (the walking closet is locked, our private stuff is stored there, but there is a rack you can use to hang your cloth), the 1st guest bedroom has a king sized bed, 2nd guest bedroom has 2 twin beds . Also there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The kitchen has full appliances (dishwasher, Gaggenau steam oven, induction stove, bosch speed oven including microwave, , warming drawer, beverage refrigerator, toaster, separate ice maker and a normal refrigerator we have a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and juicer! All cooking and dining supplies are provided , a dining table with 6 chairs, a kitchen bar with 3 bar stools. The living room boasts a 60" TV, 2 couches (3-seater and 2-seater), recliner, and side tables. The 3-seater is a sleeper sofa.

We are located directly on the water with a boat dock, pool, and canal close to the bay, no neighbors on the other side of the canal! Enjoy total privacy! Close to 5th, ave (1 mile walking distance), Close to the beach!
The house is in the area where free rides with electric cars are offered for free from slidr and the nickel ride to get you to any place in old naples and the beach.
The pool can be heated. Home has washer and dryer room , plenty of room for your suitcases as well.
Provided are beach chairs, beach umbrellas , beach toys, and bicycles in the garage.

You cannot beat the location of this beautiful home. We had great communication with the owner and would absolutely recommend renting as snowbirds or a larger family. Naples is just minutes away, but you also feel like you are talked away into a beautiful subdivision. Thank you for hosting our family.

I’ve used vrbo for nearly 20 years and this was by far the worse experience. Home was filthy, not professional cleaned and in disrepair. Pool was dirty and decking cracked. Home had not had any basic maintenance done and was full of clutter. Just disgusting.Worse of all, the home had mold on ceilings in bedroom near air vents that was making our son sick. We checked out on 3rd day of 10 day planned stay.Host was awful and we ultimately got zero refund (after paying 10,000) from host or VRBO. Just an absolute disaster. Will be engaging attorney.

Great location - rented bikes and were able to ride to beaches, restaurants, shopping. The house was clearly renovated but could use some attention to details such as molding and the outside of the house.The pool is definitely older. A lot of chlorine so kids chose to take a break from it after a few days.Rudy was amazing as a host - responded instantly to inquiries.

Perfect house and location

Our family including pet enjoyed the house to the fullest. The dock requires experienced person for docking boat, especially on low tide days but location, either in water or land was perfect. House is very close to Old Naples. The cleanest house I've rented through VRBO.
