The condominium has 2 elevators, gym, massage room, grills, swimming pool, palapa bar for dining with ocean views, fishing area, tennis court, children's area with sandbox, children's pool and games.

For rentals of one month or more, only $2000.00 pesos for electricity is included, for rentals of 1 week we include $500.00 pesos for electricity; 2 weeks $1,000.00 pesos and three weeks $1,500.00 pesos. The rest will be paid by the guest.
