This spacious urban dwelling is located in the exclusive "Golden Mile" of Málaga, in front of the famous Antonio Banderas promenade, where you will find a wide variety of beach bars and trendy restaurants.



The property consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for comfortably accommodating up to 6 people:



The main bedroom has a double bed with a private bathroom and spacious wardrobes.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can be used as a double bed, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed.



The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities one could dream of in a holiday home.



The bright dining room/lounge has direct access to a comfortable terrace with unbeatable views of one of Málaga's most emblematic buildings, the Tabacalera, which now houses one of Málaga's most prestigious museums.



For the enjoyment of children and adults, there is a garden and swimming pool on the ground floor. Please check the pool opening season with the agency.



A private parking space is included in the same building.
