Our home away from home sits amidst beautiful pine trees in a quiet residential neighborhood of Flagstaff. The house is within two miles of the airport and approximately 2.5 miles from NAU. Surrounded by the Coconino National Forest, there is plenty to do but you might choose to just enjoy a retreat from your busy life! Our house on Little Ben is a great place to stay when you're visiting nearby venues such as the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, Lake Mary, or Arizona Snowbowl. This property has a double car garage with ample off-street parking in the driveway as well. With 1988 square feet, the house is spacious yet cozy. We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with sleeping accommodations for 10 guests. Three bedrooms each hold a queen bed. The master suite has its own bathroom. The fourth upstairs bedroom has two full beds and ample space for an air mattress. There is a private deck with built-in BBQ in the back yard which is completely fenced. The kitchen is complete and ready for use. You'll find a welcome basket with snacks awaiting your visit and bottled water in the fridge as well. I keep extra linens and towels ready and supply body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. You will be very comfortable in my home. My housekeeper is fabulous, too! Housekeeping service is available for daily cleaning at an extra fee, at your request. (Please let me know ahead of time if you would like any cleaning during your stay. I hope to host your next visit to Flagstaff, and I work diligently to keep my guests comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Flagstaff! The bedrooms and main rooms were a good size for our family of 6. Everyone had sufficient private space and the main rooms allowed us to hang out and prepare simple breakfasts and lunches together. We would definitely stay again.
Came for our daughters wedding. House was great for our family to stay and a few bridesmaids as well so they didn’t have to rent a hotel. Nice neighborhood, beautiful walking trail through woods in neighborhood, close to our wedding venue-violas nursery so convenient as well as shops and hotels where other Family stayed. Nice to have a kitchen to cook instead of always eating out and also avoiding Covid as rates have been high pre-wedding
This home is in a great community with paths all over the square mile! Super fun to get outside and be a little cooler. The home had everything you could possibly need.
This house served as a great home base for our family as we visited Flagstaff for a wedding. It is very conveniently located, just a short drive from the airport, Fort Tuthill County Park and downtown Flagstaff, with a variety of shopping and restaurant options. We also enjoyed day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms (with a good supply of towels) to accommodate a larger family and allow privacy. The full-sized laundry facility was appreciated for a longer stay. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals at home. The bedrooms had ceiling fans, and the availability of air conditioning was a big plus during the warm weather (many homes in the Flagstaff area do not have this option). Parking space in the driveway was sufficient for us, and there was plenty of street parking, being that it was summertime with no snow restrictions. The owner, Barbara, was a pleasure to work with. Communication was great before and during our stay. A couple of minor maintenance issues (lightbulbs, coffee maker) were handled immediately and she checked in frequently by text message to be sure that everything was OK. As others have mentioned, the back of the property faces the interstate, so there is some road noise. For us this was not a problem, especially since we were able to keep windows closed due to the central AC. Overall, we were pleased with how well this rental met our needs.
The owner was amazing to work with. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare all our meals at home. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our large family. We definitely recommend staying here!
This was a lovely house set in a very nice neighborhood. The Owner was very good to work with. She was completely responsive on all questions and solved one small problem quickly. There was plenty of room and the beds were excellent.
The one thing that was a disappointment for us was the back deck. . It was in the back of the house but basically on a busy highway and busy local street. The traffic noise for us was very uncomfortable and therefore we did not spend time on the deck as we normally would. The front yard had lovely shade trees and was easily accessible and fairly private but not quite the same.
Not everyone would require this so if that is not something you care about I would recommed this lovely home.
Very comfortable and clean. My family and I traveled from ND for a wedding in Flagstaff. We enjoyed the property very much. The owner of the home was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating to us. She would check in with us to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything, to let her know.
Very nice home.

It was a great house for what we needed.. Very clean
In a neighborhood. But not far from town. There is a road nearby. You hear cars especially in morning Also no parking on street. I did not see or read that on website. Owner told me later it was there. That was after I told her we got a ticket So we got a $ 48.00 parking
ticket. I went to court and paid it. Just wish I would have been verbally told beforehand. That's a big ticket. Other then that house was good.

Beautiful, Comfy, & Clean
We came to Flagstaff to get married, and chose this beautiful home for our 4-day stay. It was perfect. The house was comfy and clean. Barbara went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect, and checked on us to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Flagstaff for an Anniversary.

Loved the location!
I would definitely go back with my family to Flagstaff for a vacation. I love the area and there is so much to do. I would not stay at this property. No air conditioning for the first four days of our 6 day stay.( I Allowed the HVAC repairman to interrupt our vacation for over 4 hours). The carpet was filthy and torn from previous guests. I am allergic to cats, the previous guests had cats that urinated on the sofa and love seat, making it impossible to sit on the furniture without using the sheets and extra blankets to cover the smell and?. (No Pets was stated when I booked. ?) The host charged me for cleaning the sheets and blankets. Also, for the dirty carpets. This property is well lived in. Please do not leave a large deposit with this host. You will not see it again.

About the host
Hosted by Barbara Hill
I'm mom to seven young adults and gramma to twelve amazing little people. I work in education as a school counselor. I enjoy family road trips, discovering new places, playing board games and cards, reading novels (favorite author is Jodi Picoult), and eating homemade food. I am a people person, so it pleases me to help others.
Why they chose this property
Flagstaff reminds me of my rural roots in Montana. I discovered it when my son was looking at colleges. He recently graduated from NAU! I decided to rent the house in order to help fund my youngest son's college education. Every little bit helps.
What makes this property unique
I was really drawn to the neighborhood with its homes surrounded by Flagstaff's natural beauty. My home is close enough for access to the airport, NAU, and downtown yet sits in the midst of a quiet family community.
