Very pleasant modern villa, high quality fittings, quiet location. Within easy walking distance of a good selection of restaurants, bars and local shops, with just a short drive to beaches.
With 3 good size bedrooms (one master with ensuite) and an office (with a comfortable sofa bed), it can accommodate up to 8 people. A large sunny terrace and swimming pool, with numerous sitting areas and barbeque, pétanque court and well stocked garden and lawned area.
Tastefully decorated and comfortable, large private parking area for multiple vehicles.
