We welcome you to The Willows: sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms

Ground Floor
Open plan kitchen and dining room; with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso original coffee machine, island with stools, dining table seating 8
Sitting room with wood burner, smart TV, sofa seating for 8, with French doors leading onto the garden

Bedrooms are distributed as three in the coach house part by the kitchen:
Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) in Super King size bed, with freestanding bath, french doors to garden, and ensuite shower room

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) in King size bed with ensuite shower room

Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) in King size bed with ensuite shower room. Twin beds available on request at least 7 days before arrival.

Across via the second sitting room:
Bedroom 4 (sleeps 2) in Double bed with open plan shower and loo which is semi-glazed from bedroom

Enclosed courtyard garden with dining pergola for 8 with overhead electric heater and sofa seating, and barbecue (dual fuel coal and gas - bring your own coal)

External bothy annexe, accessed via stairs -Games room with vintage pool table (with a timed infrared heater)

Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note stag parties are not permitted.
Please note quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am, with the hot tub to not be used after 10pm. Please be respectful to our neighbours.
Please note the hot tub will be maintained on a regular basis, usually each morning, so please do not be alarmed if you see someone in the courtyard attending to this. They will aim to be discreet and minimise any disturbance to your stay.

Excellent Christmas stay

A wonderful stay for our family at Christmas. The house was well decorated, super festive and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook the Christmas dinner. The games room and hot tub were such good additions and well enjoyed. It was great to have walking routes directly from the house and loved exploring the area. We will definitely consider the house again for any future family gatherings.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay at the Willows. The place was perfect for our weekend getaway, and there were lots of nice touches like a welcome basket! Would definitely recommend and am sure we will be back.

Beautiful stay

We loved our stay at The Willows. The setting is very secure( for 2 dogs) and facilities amazing. The beds were comfortable and the fixtures and fittings were excellent. I would love to come back to stay and will be recommending it to friends.

A fantastic weekend with friends

Title: A Fantastic Weekend Getaway with Friends We stayed at this holiday home for the weekend with a group of friends, and it couldn’t have been better. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished — perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We enjoyed the hot tub and games room. The setting was peaceful and private, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the living area was cozy and inviting. We enjoyed the use of the log burner.

Just returned from a fantastic 3 night stay at The Willows. There was everything we needed and more to make our stay perfect. The location of the house is amazing, great walks nearby and views. A great family getaway

Upon opening the gates into the courtyard it has the wow factor. Four bedrooms, three with showers, fully modern kitchen, and large dinning table seating the eight of us. The hot tub was used every day by our two grand- daughters along with a separate games room with pool table, dart board and video machines. Every where we went was no more than 20/30 by car

Family Christmas

Excellent barn conversion in rural Kent

Very nice property. Enjoyed our time immensely. Just far enough back from main road you don’t get traffic noise. Bus stop at end of lane is very handy to leave car at home. Just a shame the walk into Sandwich is alongside a busy road. Really appreciated all nice touches and bits and pieces left out for us. Kids loved the hot tub. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant trip for a very special birthday!

We booked the willows for my dad's 70th birthday and it could not have been a more special weekend! The house was absolutely beautiful! We were greeted by a thoughtful hamper of wine, local homemade bread and jam, totally unexpected but well received! The games room and hot tub were amazing, and had plenty of use. Overall a fabulous time was had by all, 100% recommend! We'd love to return next year!

Wonderful space for family holiday - with dogs!

The Willows is a beautifully designed property, with lovely common parts - a great living area and well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, stylish decor and a stunning courtyard for summer living, with a great, warm and well maintained hot tub. Our teenage boys loved the granary games room. It would benefit from a washing line to dry soggy shower mats from the open showers in the wet rooms, but other than that we couldn't fault it and intend to return.

Perfect stay

A perfect stay for my partners birthday celebration with friends. Very clean and in good general condition. The hot tub was a lovely addition as was the fire, with logs provided. The games room unfortunately for us was separate from the property, and a little cold. The light was not working in there and we had some trouble when emptying the fruit machine. The games room was still used but would have suited us better if it was joined with the main property. Kitchen was lovely, equipped with a choice of beautiful crockery and modern electrical items. Maybe could have done with some pint glasses but other than that was well equipped. Beds were all comfortable and all bathroom facilities were great, the perfect shower and a lovely bath in the main bedroom. On arrival we were greeted with a basket of goodies including wine, Prosecco, and a delicious loaf, which was a nice touch. Friends that accompanied us enjoyed the art around the property too. The house was perfect we very much enjoyed our stay and I would like to move in now please!!
