One bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Queen size bed with foam topper for comfortable sleep. Living room "love seat" sofa seating for two..Ductless Air Conditioner and extra tower fan for summer. In the winter Radiant floor heating and extra heater tower. HVAC for the standard rotation of air inside to outside. Hi Speed WiFi and cable TV included. Bedroom TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Tubi TV. Living room TV has regular cable TV and Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo, YouTube, Music stations Free public direct street front parking when available. We will greet you upon arrival to provide keys and orientation at check-in time during check-in window. Please advise your estimated time of arrival. Self check out.
Furnished Kitchen: Complimentary Keurig Kcup coffee, have some tea. All full size Stainless Steel: GE Profesional Microwave, Samsong Smart Stove, Fysher Paykal Fridge Blomberg dishwasher. Toaster & kettle. Full size LG washer/ dryer (detergent included).
Bathroom: Rainfall shower with hand held spray. We provide shampoo, conditioner, soap. Use of towels and hairdryer is part of the stay. Iron and ironing board, steamer.
The area is safe and convenient access to banks, pharmacy, trendy and diverse restaurants, including Michelin restaurants, doctors, coffee shop, coffee roasters, grocery store, liquor store, antique shops, boutique stores. Restaurants include Vegan meet on Main, Chickpeas, Acorn. Refer to house manual. Breka Bakery is 4 stores north on Main St. This Bakery is 24 hours & very popular. Customized drinks, desert, soup/sandwiches.

Clean, well equipped unit within walking distance of markets and attractions. There is some street noise but sound is minimized if windows are kept closed.
It waa a great stay to start our Alaskan Cruise. An icemaker would have been nice to have, otherwise this listing had everything we needed. The people here were open and friendly. We wore ourselves out walking and biking this beautiful city.
Came to town for The Eras Tour and stayed here. The property was perfect, close to restaurants and stores and easy to get to the trains or Ubers from. The property was clean and just as described. The property owners were also very kind and responsive. Highly recommend staying here!
Property was so clean and very well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Great location for exploring, good access to Downtown, lots of places nearby - Queen Elizabeth Park is beautiful and in easy walking distance. Some nice quirky shops on Main street.
This cute coach house provided everything we needed for our short stay in Vancouver. Shirley met us and acquainted us with the property. The toiletries were excellent.
This was a fantastic place for my wife and I to stay as we explored Vancouver. Great neighborhood. Very safe. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Street parking was not a hassle. Shirley was a great host.
We had a great stay at this property, very clean and accessible to public transportation. Breka bakery is right around the corner and open 24/7 with great coffee & food! Main street has some good restaurants. Owners live in house next door but were very private and didn't bother us at all. Completely private and full house to ourselves. Would stay again!
Husband and I had such a great time staying here! It was pretty quiet and parking wasn't hard, despite being close to a main street. The unit was clean and well-furnished, and the owners were highly communicative, and so welcoming. Plus there were so many great restaurants and cute shops in walking distance, as well as the conservatory. We would definitely come back here again!

Cute & clean house in a great location!
We arrived in Vancouver late at night after an 8 hour train ride and were pretty exhausted. When we got to the house, the owner was waiting up to welcome us with a bright smile. She gave us a tour of the house, ideas for breakfast, and even left cookies and waters for us, which was much needed after a long day of travel! The house itself was very modern and clean, with lots of great amenities, including WiFi. The queen bed was comfy, and our son enjoyed the fold-out sofa and TV with Netflix. Being able to do laundry was a great plus after a few days of hiking. There is also a Keurig and full coffee/tea options. There is a market just a block away, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Its a great location to check out all Vancouver has to offer, and the owners were super friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Stayed for five nights. One of the best stocked kitchens I have ever had in terms if utensils. Appreciated the AC but rarely needed to use it. Loved having lots of throw pillows in the bedroom. Great

Parking easily accessible to home. Shirley greeted us upon arrival for our tour. Lovely home - everything we needed and bed was comfortable. Lots of natural light. After being on the road for a week it was wonderful to prepare our own meals - kitchen is fully equipped. Being so close to Main Street was a bonus. Lots of amazing restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Very quiet and private location. We would definitely book this home again. Thank you Shirley and Al.

Convenient and beautiful!
Such a great location with awesome amenities! Gorgeous and new inside. Easy to feel at home. Only 20 minutes to the gorgeous Stanley Park and a quick 15 minute cab ride to downtown Vancouver! Perfect first visit to the city.

Awesome vacation!
Thank you to Alan and Shirley for sharing their beautiful guest house with us for the week. The house is so cute - it was the perfect size for us and had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we even took advantage of having a full size washer and dryer. It had everything we could have ever wanted and was immaculately clean. Shirley greeted us as soon as we pulled into the driveway and showed us the house and gave us some general directions for the neighborhood and for Vancouver. The location couldn't have been better, and it was very convenient to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Plus there are dozens of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time visiting Vancouver, and thank you to Alan and Shirley for being such great hosts!

Fantastic place to stay in Vancouver!
The little guest house has everything you need! Fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances. It is immaculate! Private! Very comfortable! Beautiful modern finishes! It was great to be able to do laundry after travelling for a few weeks- top of the line washer/dryer- they even provided detergent & fabric softener. Radiant heat floors if you are cold, but they also have AC & fans since it was unusually hot recently. Very convenient to get around - bus right around the corner. There are fantastic restaurants within walking distances if you don’t feel like going downtown and a great supermarket 2 blocks away if you want to cook...Our hosts Alan & Shirley were very warm and welcoming! They were extremely helpful and offered a wealth of information on places to go/ bus routes/ activities available etc! This was our first VRBO experience. We cannot wait to come back!

Property offers easy access to Vancouver airport, transit and many restaurants & shopping nearby. Our Guest Coach House is newly built 2017. One level house therefore has No shared walls, no basement suite. You will enjoy unlimited high speed wifi and cable tv & Netflix, Prime Video, any of the free "On Demand" programming at your convenience. Community is safe and comfort feeling of a local. Nearby are: coffee shops, grocery store, 24 hours Break Bakery for beverages or foods to eat. Lots of local boutique shops for souvenirs. If you are traveling by Train, catch #3 Main Street bus south & get off at 30th. Google Translink for bus schedule. Easy access to Amtrak, and Via rail station, Mount Saint Joseph Hospital, VGH.

Nearest grocery store is 2 min. away. If you arrive before 9pm you can head over to the grocery store and buy a night snack or breakfast for the next day. You do not need a car to live within the local community. Property is great for tourists or BC residents going to local hospitals: VGH, St Pauls, BC Womens Hospital & Childrens Hospital.
