The host was very patient with me and very nice. I couldn’t get the stove to function cause I didn’t know how to run it and they came right away to help me. They were so sweet and accommodating. The apartment was beautiful and large and I had a nice balcony to sit out on and dry my laundry. It was fantastic. I will be back.
Using the kitchen and making some wonderful pasta and setting the table in the living room to eat, it would not be possible if it weren’t such a beautiful place to stay and so accommodating

Outstanding locat

Clean, loved patio, very central to excellent restaurants, bakeries & museums. Be forewarned about steps, but certainly worth it with location.

We enjoyed our stay

Nice rooms, nice terrace. Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful. He was available whenever we needed him. The surroundings are wonderful, beautiful Piazza del Popolo is 3 minutes by foot, as is the very nice Caffè Rosati.

Beautiful and Relaxing Roman Terrace

Lorenzo was extremely helpful during our stay. He helped to set up transportation to and from the apartment. Renting was a simple process and made our stay in Rome wonderful. The apartment was in a great location to see all the sites of Rome, mostly within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great location and property…there was a bit of a mix up when checking, the owner did everything to make things right. If you’re not in great physical shape, the 5 flights of stairs will be a challenge.

Great place

Other than the 99 steps up, giving us our daily exercise, this a a great place. Loved the location. The apartment is plenty big and very clean. Kitchen had everything you would need. Washing machine was a plus. Nice small balcony. Property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Manager is awesome

The manager was very awesome. I didn’t read very carefully when I booked this room in haste. The manager offer to help me with changing the the last minute reservation, but I ended up keeping the reservation. Two people met my wife and helped her bring her and our children’s luggage up to the apt..

I loved the location. So convenient to get to most of the sights of Rome, including the nearby Piazza. I had an excellent experience at the two restaurants I went to in the area. This is a lovely bright feeling apartment with a very comfortable bed, including quality pillows, linen and coverings. It’s quiet and I slept very well (and I am a sensitive sleeper). It has everything one needs in the kitchen, laundry, etc. Nice windows.The instructions to get in are clear and effective. It was seamless. Lorenzo responded quickly to messages and was very helpful.(Remember you will need the key box lock code when you leave the keys at end of stay —-obvious to you that use them all the time.)I’d recommend using the portable shower head to take your shower, not leaving it set up high…water quickly flowed onto the bathroom floor the first time. The shower/bathroom near the window could do with some recaulking. It was clean, but some areas need refinishing. A little TLC of the wall paint would be good..but…Overall, this was the perfect apartment for my stay!! I felt at home. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay again. Ps. I liked the stairs…just don’t rush up them the first time w heavy luggage :)

L'appartement est très bien situé. Nous avons trouvé tous les équipements décrits dans l'annonce. Son petit plus : la terrasse pour profiter des douces soirées romaines du mois d'avril. Lorenzo, notre hôte, s'est montré à l'écoute et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Domus Penna.

Super séjour au domus Penna

Appartement très bien situé avec bonne literie même ceux d’appoint. Lorenzo nous a accompagné avant pendant et après la location, il a été très serviable et de très bon conseil. Tout le nécessaire est disponible dans l’appartement et petit plus pour la terrasse. Appartement au 5 eme sans ascenseur qui n’a pas dérangé mon père de 72 ans ni ma fille de 8 ans après des journées de marche. Merci encore à Lorenzo pour l’accompagnement, on reviendra avec grand plaisir. Anny (France)
