Less than 5 minutes from Rosapenna Golf Course, the location of this property in Downings will be what draws guests to it. Less than 5 minutes from Downings beach, the Harbour Bar, Fisk Seafood Bar , Olde Glen Bar ( Michelins inspectors favourite new restaurant ) 10 minutes to Carrigart horse riding . 20 minutes to the Shandon Spa . 30 minutes to Glenveigh National Park . Fully equipped spacious kitchen and open plan living area with stove leading to sunroom. 3 large bedrooms with built in storage . There are Ring Doorbell cameras at the front and back doors . They are there to keep an eye on the property when it is vacant. They don't record. They can be switched off beside the Fuseboard in the utility room if you wish but switch back on when leaving.
