We loved staying here. We love Bella beach and the walk to the beach was so short we could easily go back to get our lunch then back to the beach to play.

Thank you for the 5-star review! So glad you enjoyed the home and Bella Beach Community. Please keep us in mind for future travel to the Oregon Coast.
We hosted a work retreat at another house and needed private sleeping quarters for our expanded team so this home provided a comfortable stay for everyone.Lovely decor and clear instructions. We didn't actually spend much time at the house, mostly just for sleeping which was kind of a bummer since it's so beautiful.

Thank you for the 5-Star review!
We hope you can visit again and spend more time enjoying the home.
This property was great for our extended family of 11. The living area was a little smaii but doable. Some of the appliances need servicing but worked well enough for our family. Great locaion and a good play ground for kids from 1 1/2 to 13. And the there was the beach!
This rental has lots of room for 3 couples and their kids. The kitchen is well-equipped and, although the living room is small, we were comfortable as a group. The bedrooms are comfortable. The beach is close and walkable - as long as it isn’t stormy! And then it’s beautiful to see. There’s a nice, sheltered hot tub. The written checkin and checkout procedures are a bit unwelcoming but all went well over our stay. Be sure to read the fine print if you’re bringing your dogs - the rules are picky.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! I’m so glad to hear the home worked well for your group and that you enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and easy beach access — even if the weather didn’t fully cooperate! The hot tub really is a great bonus for relaxing.
We appreciate your feedback on the check-in instructions and pet policy — we aim to balance clarity with a welcoming experience. I’m happy to hear everything went smoothly, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

The VRBO house and location were excellent. However the property manager was extremely difficult to work with before and during the stay. It helped us determine that we will not return for a second visit.

So glad you enjoyed your stay, the excellent location and the beautiful home! Our team works diligently to make sure the home is vacation rental for each vacationers stay. We do have to fill guests in on the details and vacation rentals ordinances in our community and sometimes people take offense to those ordinances which are basic common courtesy rules in every neighborhood. Great home, location and neighborhood ~ come visit us!

The property was great! The only drawbacks were, that you definitely get your steps in as there are soooooo many stairs between the 4 levels of the house and you have to park in the back driveway way then walk around to the front of the house to enter as you cannot park in front on the street and there aren't any stair in back where you park to enter the house from behind. Great house but not built for the elderly.

Stairs, stairs and more stairs
I don't recommend this house if you have an issue with stairs. The beach is a short walk and to get to the sand you have to go through tons more stairs. The location is pet friendly but it is not gated and there isn't a designated area for the pets to go. Initially the property manager was very rude.

"This home defines the ideal vacation spot with four stories of pure fun!" to get from one floor to the other there are stairs! This is an amazing family home and we welcome you! A short stroll to the beach with 25/35 steps depending on sand and tide...then miles and miles of sandy shoreline, the stairs are all to code with railings on both sides. This was a guest that we would not welcome back and hope that other hosts do not get in the same situation as we did with bringing more pets that allowed, broken items and junk food left throughout home. Give Americana and the Paris Suite a try and you will not be disappointed.
This house fit our family of 10 easily, however there were some drawbacks that made it not as enjoyable and we would not rent it again. This is a three story house, and only the living room and kitchen are on the main floor, so you have to go up or down stairs to get to the bedrooms. Also the living room was extremely small compared to the rest of the house, we could not all sit in the living room together. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and dishware, however no seasonings, oil or even salt and pepper which you would typically find in a vacation rental. The freezer did not make ice so we had to buy our own ice. Also one of the important things to us was the hot tub, and we found that the lights did not work and also the jets did not work properly. So if you use the hot tub at night it's extremely dark. Also there is only parking at the back of the house, there is nowhere at the back to mark which house is which, so someone has to walk from the front to the back to make sure you're parking at the right house. And finally, the only entrance into the back of the house is through the garage door, which there is no opener for, so when you arrive and park at the back, you have to walk all the way around to the front door to get in.

Four stories of pure fun is four stores! This is a great family home, the kitchen dinning, living and two decks are on the main floor so plenty of room for families to gather. The parking is in the back of home which is nice as it keeps the main street in the community open for families to walk, bike or play catch. We state on arrival information to bring all food including spices, coffee etc. (no one wants other people’s food left in a home) it's spelled out but you would have to read arrival information! All appliances and hot tub are in working order, it's also very easy to see which house you are staying in whether in the front or back of it as it's a very large home. And finally, there are two entrances/exits on lower level. Come enjoy ~ and make family memories in this beautiful family home.
We really enjoyed the home itself. It had wonderful amenities and the Paris suite was perfect for part of our family that has a special needs child- they were able to have their own quiet space with kitchenette to wash supplies/equipment, etc. There is plenty of room to spread out and for everyone to have their own space. If you do have dogs, please keep in mind that most of the homes in this neighborhood do not have yards, however, most are just a short walk to a green/park space where your pups can potty.
Eleven of us from 4 to 81 enjoyed a wonderful visit. There was plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped and everyone was happy. We enjoyed the beach, the little park and we saw lots of whales.
Good place to stay for a group or family.
There are minor wear and tear issues with the house and hot tub. Do not recommend for families or groups who are unable to transverse stairs.
Recommend property management qa/qc's the property more frequently. TV didn't work well and hot tub jets would not turn on on one half of the tub. We did report all found issues to management.
Overall would stay in the area again.
House is in a great location. There is a local grocery store right down the road. Access to the beach. House was clean and stocked with lots of towels and everything you need to cook at home. Hot tub area was nice and clean. Very easy to get to. Parking is in back of the house but you have room for a large SUV. Neighborhood is nice and quite. Nice area to walk your dog.
This house was perfect for our 8 person group. Everyone had their own bedroom space and the location was great - close to Lincoln City and Depot Bay, and about a block to the beach access.

Neighbors are RUDE
The house was great for what we needed it for but the neighbors are very nosy and rude!!
We met family that we haven’t seen in over a year for a wonderful weekend. The property is just amazing. The main living space is perfect for meal time, game time, and relaxing time. The bedrooms are wonderful and plentiful. The fourth floor game space and overflow sleeping is an awesome touch for larger groups. The covered hot tub was extremely relaxing, he only downside were the upper jets not working, but the water was hot and relaxing. Excellent proximity to the beach and the entire neighborhood is just beautiful with exceptional pet friendly appointments. Will definitely plan to return again.
Home was beautiful and clean. Close to the beach access. When we arrived, I could not get my car in the very steep drive way and rubbed my whole underside of my car trying. Meaning I had to find parking on the street behind the house. I think this should be mentioned in the listing. The hot tub is great, but unless you purchase both parts of the house you have to go out the front of the house along the side of the house to the back to even get to the tub. Not ideal, but we did it. Lots of balconies to enjoy the views and sunshine. Be prepared to do stairs!
This house is amazing! We had 2 families, 4 adults and 7 teenage boys. We had plenty of space and the house was so comfy and cute! The beach access is just down the road so the boys were able to go back and forth to the beach! The hot tub was also a big hit! I would highly recommend this property and we would love to go back!
From the moment I entered the home, I was more than impressed. The pictures were amazing and I can't even begin to explain how they don't even begin to do the property justice. Spacious, clean, amenities galore. I've stayed at numerous vacation rentals up and down the Oregon coast and I can say that this has been my favorite thus far! I always get a little nervous renting a property with so many rooms, because the rooms seem to get smaller the more that there are, but this was definitely not the case. To fit 11 people in the house and be able to all come together comfortably and to spread out without feeling confined, made for a great experience. The proximity to the beach was very close and there was beach line for miles! We will definitely be back!
This home worked well for our family of 11, which included one married son and his wife. The Paris Suite in the basement (through the garage) worked very well for them to have their own space and yet to be able to join us as much as they wanted. We didn't expect the home to have so many other homes so close by. It's located in the Bella Beach Village and it shares a path to the beach with many other homes. It also cannot be accessed except by stairs and the path to the beach is quite steep and also has stairs. We also didn't realize the fact that this home does not have a yard, though it does have several decks/porches. That being said, we enjoyed our time in this house and we enjoyed the area in general. We saw whales blowing near-by and seals in the surf on the beach below the home.
This home was perfect for our mom girls weekend. It was clean, fit everyone comfortably and was in the cutest neighborhood. The beach was a short walk away. Highly recommended!!
