Beautiful stay in Florence

The location is perfect, right near so many beautiful sites. Surrounded by endless options of restaurants and shopping, it was lovely. The property is so close to the train station which was great.

Great location

Overall our stay was fine. Place could use some updating. The shower head was very loose and flopped around. Keys were very hard to use to get in the doors had to jiggle them a lot to get them to turn. Location was great and close to most things.

Location was great. Located a short walk from train station and close to many points of interest. We were told we needed to pay extra city tax per night per person that was not disclosed in the description, would have been nice to know process ahead of time. Beds were not very comfortable. There was air conditioning but not be of the units leaked in n the first day. Wall was stain and paint was peeling off so not the first time this had happened. Had to use one of our bath towels to dry floor reported this to owners and asked for additional towels. Was told they would bring over the next morning and never received them them.
