Lovely Home

This lovely, clean home worked well for our family of three over the Christmas period. Location was perfect for us to be close to other family members.

Beautiful

The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Very roomy and looked exactly like the pictures. Very easy to hook up to Netflix and prime tv. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Loved the quiet location, and the comfort of living space, both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen is excellent, and the laundry was really nice to have. However, the house number is hand written on paper taped to the front door, the exterior light is broken and hanging off the wall, it is very dark once the sun goes down. Felt very uncomfortable arriving in the dark in the evening. The beds are terrible, you can feel and hear the springs. The shower head mount is broken also.

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback. I’m really pleased to hear you loved the quiet location and found the living space, kitchen and laundry facilities comfortable and useful — that means a lot to us. I’m genuinely sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. The handwritten house number and broken exterior light are absolutely not the standard we aim to provide, and I completely understand how arriving in the dark would have felt uncomfortable. This will be addressed as a priority, along with the shower head mount. I’m also very disappointed to hear your comments about the beds. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and we will be reviewing the mattresses immediately to ensure this is resolved. Thank you again for taking the time to share both the positives and the areas needing improvement — it truly helps us improve. We hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide a much better overall experience.

Modern property

The house had been updated and was very modern in appearance. It was situated on a quiet housing estate and had off road parking. The property was handy for catching a train into Edinburgh and was only 5 minutes from the centre of South Queensferry. There was coffee and milk available in the kitchen but unfortunately no tea. This may have been an oversight.
