Excellently located, the flat sits within walking distance of Cornwall's most beautiful beaches and seaside towns including Praa Sands, Porthleven, Mousehole, St Ives and St Michael's Mount reached via the coastal path.

Useful amenities are also close by including a local pub and co-op only 5 minutes on foot.
The space
Guests have their own enclosed patio area with beautiful views across the garden.

The generous double bedroom is bright and airy, with plenty of hanging space.

The private shower room and kitchenette lies adjacent with a host of amenities including a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and sky tv (inc. sports and movies).

There is also 'super fast' fibre optic broadband.

There is plenty of off-road parking too!

LOVED this place. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. It felt like it was brand new and very clean. The bathroom is large and clean. The washing machine was a great use for a long trip. The coop is a 5 minute walk and the local chippy was excellent. Great communication from the owners. The room looks onto a lovely backyard with seating available. I would absolutely stay there again
