The space
Experience this cozy cottage that sleeps up to 8 people (6 people comfortably in beds, 2 on pull-out couches). The space provides an open layout with warm finishes and a rustic pine wood cottage look. The cottage has been around for over 100 years and still holds in charm. This is a true, 100% old wood framed cottage.

• Kitchen: Recently renovated kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). Beautiful white cabinets and granite countertops. Cook your favorite meal with dishes, cookware and utensils are provided.

• Living Room: Living room space with pine wood everywhere. Two leather sofa-beds, loveseat, and coffee table to enjoy your morning coffee while looking out through stained glass windows. Flat-screen TV with Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+. Small table with chairs as a workspace if needed.

• Dining Room: Have a warm family meal at the long dining room table that seats six people.

• Bathrooms (2): Located on the first floor and second floor. Full bathrooms with pine wood floors, full shower/tub. Towels provided.

• Bedrooms: Three bedrooms all on the second floor with exposed wood finishes. First two bedrooms have queen-size beds, bedside tables with lamps for nighttime reading. Third bedroom has two single twin-size beds (one is a full twin and the other is a twin bed cot). All beds come with all necessary sleeping linens.

• Backyard: Private backyard with grill, picnic table and seating for up to four people.

Happy to welcome Pets (dogs only) at this home! It is $350/month for up to 2 pets. Please include that you have pets coming when making the initial booking. If not notified of pets, a $35/night fee will be claimed against the security deposit.
