You may want to turn in your rental car and never go more than five blocks from your slice of Paradise. Nightlife, shopping, excellent restaurants and world class beaches are steps away from your "home away from home" here at "Hale Lulu". You'll find everything you need just minutes away. This two story, two bedroom condo has recently been remodeled to provide the clean, carefree experience you expect to find on Maui.

Living Room: This ideal living space provides plenty of seating and space for your vacation. The soft-cushioned chair and couch, arranged around a broad coffee table, enjoy television viewing. Kitchen: This large kitchen comes fully equipped and features a beautiful, L-shaped granite countertop. It also includes abundant cabinet space for ingredients and dry foods you may purchase during your stay.

Master Bedroom: The upstairs master bedroom overlooks Kihei on its own private lanai with garden and partial ocean views. This queen size bed provides comfortable arrangements and can easily sleep two. With plenty of storage space and its private lanai, you can relax with ease and comfort.

Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom also features a convenient Queen size mattress and proximity to a downstairs half bathroom. The decor and storage space will make you feel at home during your Maui vacation.

We had a great stay in Kihei at A104! It was very clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. We were so excited to be so close to the beach, you can see the water and we even saw whales from the living room! We would definitely stay here again!

Best Location!

You really can't beat this location, it is so perfect! Right across from one of the best beaches. Felt really lucky to have so much space as well - 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach!

Great location! This property need a little attention to cleanliness and a few things fixed! I would recommend staying here because of the location.

Quick getaway with the teenager

Great location!!! The condo had everything we needed and a great view of the Maui sunsets. We loved that we could easily walk to local restaurants and just cross the street to get to the beach.

Vacation With A View

My family and I loved this location and view. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends. Communication was great with management. Things are outlined well via email.

Prime location.

The pictures do not do it justice. It is a beautiful setting in a very well maintained condo association right across the street from the beach. Ocean views off the lanai's but also landscaping to act as a buffer to the street. Interior is nicely decorated though starting to show signs of wear. Overall though, really clean and comfortable. Everything one needs in a VRBO by the sea!

Getaway at AAOceanfront /Kihei Akahi A104

The property and condominium is located just across the street from the beach with a parking spot just directly in front of the condo which is wonderful and convenient. There are chairs and a boogie boards and tennis rackets to use as well . The two bedrooms are upstairs and the master bedroom has a nice deck with a great view of the beach . The condo was very comfortable. We did note the carpet upstairs needs to be replaced and we would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to experience Maui .

Excellent appliances, dark downstairs, upstairs very hot, they do have good air conditioning, but we didn't use it. I think this unit has the most limited supplies I have ever experienced, even down to the napkins, they must count everything. I would have given it a 4, but location across from beach and walking distance to restaurants gave it a 5.

Amazing vacation

Wonderful experience! Close proximity to lots of great food.. the cinnamon roll place and freds and the 808 deli weretop 3. The condo is great and very quiet even though we were here for the 4th of july! We spent a lot of time on lanais with the friendly chickens and lizards definetly will be back! In some reviews it mentions carpet but it has been replaced and now all floors are tile or laminante. The smoke alarm is very sensitive so be sure you turn on the fan. Loved having a oven that airfrys! Overall wonderfull experience already planning my next trip back.

Incredible location and space by Kam II Beach

Enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves, relaxing in the garden, and easy access to both pool and beach time at this spacious two story unit at Kihei Akahi.

A 104

The condo is lovely but could use some minor updates. Didn't mind the old furniture upstairs, but the bedding and towels were very old and scratchy. I mentioned it to the property manager and without hesitation they delivered new pillows and towels for all of us. We took off the old comforters and found 2 big soft throws that were much more comfortable. There is only one shower, but the second bathroom downstairs helps with 4 people. Providing one more comfy chair in the living room so that 4 guests can sit comfortably would be better. Great views and people watching, (if you dont mind the telephone wires) Wonderful location, walking distance to lots of good eats and shopping. The property grounds are immaculate. Beautiful native plants everywhere!! Would definitely recommend for the price.

Condo vacation at beach in Kihei

The condo unit was located literally across the road from Kaneohe Beach and we had privacy (with views) on the ground floor and lovely views from the master bedroom. It was furnished nicely and had everything we needed. There was a gigantic mango tree just behind parking dropping beautiful fruit every day and a tennis/pickleball court that only we played in. Having bedrooms upstairs and the living space downstairs was nice for two couples and the location was great.
