This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This was a great location for my family. We loved the proximity to the shops and restaurants in Blackrock and enjoyed walking by the sea in the evening after spending busy days in the city.
Once you get over the back entrance it’s a great property and location !Super handy for everything .Loved the sea view and balcony at the back.Well set up and tasteful interiors .Lovley village at your doorstep .
You can’t find a better location. We loved Blackrock and loved this apartments accessibility to the shops and the DART. Comfortable and clean. No elevator, as a word of caution to those who may not be able to climb several flights of stairs, but our young family was fine.
Really nice place to hang out for a few days while visiting Dublin. DART was across the street. You can walk to grocery store, church and shops. You can take DART south to Bray for the day.

Good place
Apartment is ok but in a great location. It has everything one would need. It is big enough but if you will be spending a lot of time in the flat, it becomes a little uncomfortable, with very little natural light. Beds are not king size (not even Queens). Location is perfect and it is immaculately cleaned! Communication with host is good with fast response.
