Comprising of the typical period layout of two-up two-down, with the addition of a ground floor bathroom. The front door opens directly from The Street into an attractive and welcoming comfortably furnished sitting room with combined dining area. On chilly dusk evenings the wood burning stove adds an aura of tranquillity providing cosy warmth and casting ambient light. Seating for guests to gather around an inviting wooden table is offered by the dining space. A well-equipped country kitchen boasts modern appliances, with the main feature inglenook fireplace hosting a second wood burning stove. Pine units with marble worktops and Belfast sink blend seamlessly to create the perfect stage for enthusiastic chefs. Red quarry flooring leads through to a family bathroom, and a rear vestibule with back door, which complete this floor.
