Welcome to Villa Sofia, a charming traditional Spanish villa in the heart of El Portet, just a three-minute stroll from the beach.



Set in one of Moraira’s most sought-after areas, this lovely home combines authentic Mediterranean character with an unbeatable location. From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the warmth of the terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams and classic Spanish details that give the villa its timeless charm.



The sea views are a constant reminder of how close you are to El Portet’s beautiful beach : close enough to wander down for a morning swim or an evening walk along the shore whenever you feel like it.



The villa offers four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxed stay by the sea. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and quality mattresses.



Outside, you’ll find a large private garden with no direct overlooking, offering both space and privacy. The 10 x 4 metre private pool is perfect for cooling off on warm afternoons, while the surrounding terraces invite you to sunbathe, read in the shade, or enjoy dinner outdoors.



For added convenience, there is also a private garage with space for one car.

wonderful start to our holiday

this was a wonderful start to our holiday and we wished we had of booked for longer! The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen has everything you could need. Close to the beach and a 5 mins drive to the main town. The host was great We will be back!

We had a great time

We stayed here with our two teenagers and had a great time. The villa is comfortable, and private. The outdoor shower was great after beach days, and the aircon was much appreciated at night! Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would definitely come back The upstairs twin room is quite compact, it worked fine for our youngest but might feel tight for two adults.

Peaceful

Villa Valeria was a real home away from home. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting and decor of Villa Valeria. It’s well located, close enough to Moraira for dinners out, but in a quiet area that feels very relaxing. The pool and garden are beautiful, and we loved the various seating areas. Parking was tricky at times and Wifi was sometimes slow

Beautiful villa in perfect location.

We stayed here as a family of 5. The villa is as described on the web page. This was our 4th trip to El Portet and location suited us perfectly. A 3 minutes stroll to the beach for the mornings and lazy afternoons around the wonderful pool. The villa had everything we needed. The hot plate bbq was very easy to use. There are plenty of seating areas around the villa so we were able to sit and chat together but could also have a little peace when wanted. The AC was very welcome as it was blisteringly hot while we were there, the house was always cool when we returned. A previous review noted that parking could be an issue. If you leave the property on a Saturday or Sunday you will loose the parking space to beach goers. Most had left by late afternoon so it was not really an issue for us. It is worth noting the villa is semi detached but we were not bothered by the neighbours who were only home for 1 night during our stay. Matthew was very helpful and responsive. It’s clear HMR pride themselves on 5* accommodation and service. We plan to return to El Portet again next year and will not hesitate to book this villa again.
