Clean & tidy. Excellent location. We would stop here again. I can nit-pick: Heating wasn’t working on day of departure. Couldn’t turn scalding hot water off in shower. Wi-Fi is excellent but temperamental. Sometimes needs turning off and in again. Outside gate needs Superman to open and close it! TV has Sky but is ancient! However, the many excellent positives far outweigh these minor inconveniences.
