If you are looking for stunningly beautiful sunsets right on the beach, this is it! Our spot creates relaxed romance from dawn to dusk where entertaining is easy, comfort reigns supreme and natural beauty is the essence of style. Our location in Oceano puts you directly on the beach, 5 minutes to wineries and the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, and 5-10 minutes to Pismo and Avila Beaches. The Central Coast rivals the Napa Valley featuring more than 200 wineries and vineyards in the region. On almost any given weekend one can find activities such as wine tastings and festivals, biking events, and faires of all types.

This property is ideal for families, and for those wine enthusiasts interested in sharing the cost of a beautiful home and property by bringing a group of 2-3 couples, several families or a group of friends.

This spacious condo is family owned and is a two-story home that has 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, a very open & large kitchen, and family and dining area. The condo is situated on the beach with generous room to relax and enjoy!

The Master Suite features a four poster hand carved queen bed with luxurious bedding including 500 thread count sheets, chenille blanket and oh so comfy pillows. It also has a cozy sitting area for reading or watching TV on the flatscreen. The bath with this bedroom includes a vanity, and a walk-in shower.

The second large bedroom suite is equipped with a five twin beds with silky sheets. This bedroom also offers a flat screen TV. The attached bathroom includes a tub shower combination.

The third sleeping area highlights a queen pull out bed as well as a second bed. Downstairs also offers a full bathroom with the walk-in shower. This is great for families to be able to have a full sleeping area down stairs along with a third full bathroom.

The dining and living area is open and airy with a large dining table, a long bar with five barstools for dining. Relax in the main living area that boasts a flat screen TV, overstuffed chenille couch and gas log fireplace. The home includes all linens, blankets, deluxe coffee maker, cooking and utensils, and beach towels. We do accept pets (see the additional pet amount on prices page). Please note that this location is on Oceano Beach which allows vehicles and ATV's on the beach

Great setting to watch the ocean, get down to enjoy the beach and to feast on tasty cinnamon rolls at Slappy’s next door, other breakfast items as well. Parking was easy to navigate and very secure. We enjoyed the 3 bathrooms and three distinct areas to sleep. Great price for all of the amenities, location and spacious rooms. We had a few interactions with the host via both phone and text; she was VERY accommodating.

Stayed here with my family for a week and it was great! The apartment/condo was perfect for our family of four - nice big kitchen and fridge, laundry on the first floor, double bunk beds were a hit, loved hearing the ocean with the windows open, amazing location with good local food stops within walking distance, best beach we saw when we were there (we also visited Avila and Morro Bay), etc. Tammy was super friendly and very responsive anytime we reached out. Can’t think of anything negative to say about this place or the host and we would definitely stay here again!

Our experience was fantastic! Great location! Other rentals on the street don’t give a straight shot of the ocean from both levels. The master bedroom had a sliding glass door facing the beach and ocean. Our guilty pleasure was watching cars and trucks getting stuck in the sand. All from the first and second floor balconies.

BBQ was not in the best working order and was full of ashes. Lights in downstairs bathroom were bunt out. Shutters were broken along with screens on doors. The dryer was having issues and we were informed by the neighbor that was cleaning the condo for the normal cleaning lady. The dryer worked intermittently. Other than that, the place and location was amazing.

We had great time staying at the ocean view property. It is prime spot to walk into the beach. The house is spacious, cozy and spotless. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. They provide abundant amount of towels which is very considerate for the place by the beach. The house is by the entrance to Dune state park but it didn’t bother us at all. The ocean view was great. The host is very responsive. The check in was easy. We will definitely come back.
