Welcome to Simply Salema and our brand-new, exquisite ocean villa, Vista Paraíso.

Built to the highest specifications with no expense spared, Villa Vista Paraíso is a slick and stylish south-west facing luxury villa – which raises the standard of holiday villas in Salema.

Bask in all-day sunshine as you enjoy long, lazy days soaking up the truly spectacular views. The panorama leads down the valley towards Salema village and on to the Algarve coastline as far as Sagres in the distance. Imagine all this at sunset…

Impressive inside and out, furnished and equipped for every comfort, this fully air-conditioned villa is as good as it gets and the epitome of luxury.

The perfect location close to Salema beach.

Villa Vista Paraíso is located in a peaceful, small and upmarket urbanisation surrounded by nature.

It is a an easy, short 5-minute stroll to Salema beach, and a further 3-minutes to the village centre (8 minutes in total). The walk is charmingly delightful, following the narrow Rua dos Pescadores (Fisherman’s Road). This cobbled street leads enchantingly to Salema beach & village centre, with its excellent selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and mini market.

Alternatively, head in the opposite direction, along a coastal footpath for around 12-minutes, and you will discover the remote Boca do Rio beach.

Bedrooms, bathrooms & balcony...

Villa Vista Paraíso has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own glamorous ensuite bathroom. 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, and 1 bedroom is on the ground floor. All beds can be configured as king-sized doubles or twins.

The villa accommodates up to 8-10 guests (10 including bunk beds) as follows:

First floor:
* Bedroom 1 – impressive master suite (with sea views): Double bed or twin beds. Opulent ensuite with freestanding bath for the 5-star feel, large separate shower, double freestanding sinks, bidet, and WC. Stylish bunk beds increase capacity to 10 if required.

* Bedroom 2 (with sea views): Double bed or twin beds. Ensuite with large shower, freestanding sink and WC.

* Bedroom 3: Double bed or twin beds. Ensuite with large shower, freestanding sink and WC.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 lead out to a large balcony of 40m2 with remarkable panoramic views across Salema and the shining Atlantic Ocean. This terrace is also the ideal overhead vantage point to sit and relax while watching your party enjoy the poolside area below.

Ground floor:

* Bedroom 4 (with access to rear courtyard): Ensuite with large shower, freestanding sink and WC.

Bedroom 4 offers the possibility of a ‘Jack & Jill’ bathroom, to provide an optional service toilet. The ensuite has a second door leading to the lounge level. When unlocked from the inside, the bathroom can double up as the service toilet (without the need to enter the bedroom). Should guests staying in bedroom room 4 prefer a private ensuite, simply lock the door internally.

A further service toilet is located in the games room.

Lounge-dining room, kitchen and rear courtyard

The villa’s heartbeat is the bright, open-plan, beautifully furnished lounge-dining room. Huge bifold doors flood the room with light and open onto the poolside terrace. This brings the inside out and the outside in.

A sense of easy-living is created in this large, welcoming space with beautiful dining table and TV corner with feature log burner.

The dining area leads seamlessly to the impressive fully-equipped open-plan modern kitchen, fitted with high quality units and appliances. The highlight is the statement kitchen island, with breakfast bar and feature hanging lights.

The kitchen leads through to a beautiful and spacious secluded courtyard at the rear of the property. This offers a quiet and shaded tranquil escape.

Heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi & poolside terrace

This brilliantly sociable space enjoys all-day sunshine and was created for the ultimate in alfresco living.

The extensive poolside terrace includes a large, heated swimming pool, separate shallow children’s pool, luxury Jacuzzi, ample sunbathing areas, a gas BBQ (with food preparation area) and an outdoor shower. This is indoor/outdoor living in Portugal at its very finest.

Games room, laundry, and service toilet

The games room is sure to keep guests entertained for the duration of the holiday!

Cleverly located in the basement and easily accessible from the lounge area, the games room is equipped with a pool table, table tennis table, darts and a seating area with Bluetooth speaker.

Also at this level is the handy separate laundry room (with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and freezer), plus the service WC.

Roof terrace...

The majestic roof terrace is the final piece of a perfect jigsaw – offering grandstand coastal and village views that are impossible to tire of.

From here you will admire the most incredible panoramas over Salema, the surrounding national park, the glistening ocean and the rugged coastline stretching for miles.
