Lovely place to stay, right by the high street and beach
Property was very nice but do take considerations the thin walls and that the garden backs onto a school. Has all kitchen equipment and a a nice garden.

A beautiful house in the perfect location
This was our second stay at Little Oyster and I hope it won't be our last. It's perfectly situated in the middle of Whitstable just moments from the shops, restaurants and beach, yet the location is incredibly quiet, especially at night. Although there is no dedicated parking for the house, free parking is easily found on residential streets just 2 minutes walk away so we tend to pay to park in the carpark opposite for an hour to unpack the car and then move it.
The house itself is very spacious and stylishly decorated. It's feels cosy yet manages to stay very cool, even in hot weather. It is very well equipped, particularly in the kitchen, with everything you could need for your stay. The garden is a lovely sun trap and perfect for meals or a drink in the evening. The bathrooms are spotless, shower pressure is good and plenty of fluffy towels provided.
My only negatives on this stay were that the housekeeping was not quite as diligent as on our first visit. When we arrived there was a dog poop in the garden, the dishwasher was full and the coffee machine had not been emptied so the spent grounds in the drawer had gone mouldy. We were also unable to empty the bins as requested as the metal bin outside for rubbish was full to the brim and we could not locate an outside recycling bin for the property to empty the kitchen one into. Those things were minor though and would certainly not put us off from visiting again.

My wife and I spent the weekend in Whistable and had the pleasure of staying at Little Oyster. The house was centrally located and well stocked. It was larger than expected and had a cute garden area. The only downside was that it is directly across a parking lot, which made it noisy at night. Otherwise the location and house was perfect. Bloom was also a great host and gave super clear instructions. Thanks for having us!

Great location, spacious property, lovely outside space
Just minutes away from the seafront, a very spacious house with large rooms and high ceilings. A fantastic outdoors space for eating breakfast and dining outside in the evenings. Our chocolate Labrador Poppy had a great time here too!
Our only criticism would be the fact that you have to place your rubbish in the bags provided outside ready to be collected early Monday morning, which we did very late on Sunday evening only having to then pick up all the rubbish which had been scattered up and down the road by seagulls ripping open the bags, not something you expect to be doing at 8am on a Monday morning whilst on holiday. Wheelie bins ( like the house next door) or stronger, seagull proof refuse bags are what’s needed.
